We got our food in under 10 minutes, the salad she ordered and the italian sandwich I ordered were tasty, fresh, and plentiful for a lunch portion. When we left, it still appeared food was being delivered quickly, including delivery services. By the way, if you do not have the time or are just too lazy to go and get your own food, that is too many peoples hands in the service portion to place ALL the blame, maybe cut panera bread some slack in this case. There are simply not enough reviews in Mobile for a restaurant to recover from a 1 star, one time visit rant, on a take out / delivery order. I ordered for myself and 3 coworkers, but only 2 of 4 orders were received when it was marked delivered. Apparently, the store forgot to pack it all in one bag, and told the driver they did. The driver was very communicative, explained the error on the store's part, and even went back to pick up the remaining orders. However, their lunchtime was over upon correcting the delivery issue. Panera did credit the entire missing order, so I was made whole to try again another day. Cheers!
