Been twice...didn't like it either time! Same zero personality kid at the register both times. Same manager floating around in a mostly empty dining room. Didn't like the chicken fingers or the wings. The Zax sauce doesn't hold a candle to Raising Cane's. Sides were meh. Floor was a slippery mess. Won't be back. read more

Normally I LOVE this place. I'm sad to report on this visit the floors were a greasy slippery mess. I ordered my fave, The Blue Salad. Normally I get it tossed in Zax sauce instead of tounge tourch. This time it was a HUGE production. The counter lady didn't know how to ring it up, she asked the cook and he said "nope can't do it". They do this for me at lunch all thee time, the final outcome was I didn't get my salad and I went with a sandwich with Zac sauce instead of tongue torch. As a person who doesn't really eat chicken, I always come here for the salads and they are always spot on and of high quality. Their service is also fantastic and try to learn their customers by their name instead of their ticket number. read more

I love this place! The seasoning they use on their chicken and their dipping sauce is amazing!! Their fries are well seasoned and crispy too! Don't salt your food until after you've tried it! I always get a grilled chicken sandwich here or chicken strips with cole slaw and fries!! Yummy yum! Very good food! Never had fried chicken that tasted quite like this anywhere else. Combined with their phenomenally seasoned fries, buttery Texas toast, and their Zaxby's sauce (which is a must, seriously you cannot eat your meal without this stuff) it makes for a delicious and filling meal. Man great place to get chicken and the front counter girl had great customer service not only that but speed of service was real great got my order made in under 10 seconds and passed out in under 25 seconds. She definitely needs to be promoted to upper management. read more

Had only went to this place a couple times and only on the east coast and thought there wasn't any locations in my area until I happen to see a commercial for it. Oh the excitement I felt when I found out there was! My best friend introduced me to this place when I visited him and I instantly fell in love. So I could not wait to go and the only thing I've ever gotten has been the kicken chicken sandwhich, it's a wonderfully delicious sandwich of tasty chicken tenders on Texas toast smothered in buffalo sauce and ranch. Mmm.mmm.mmm! So good and this location did not disappoint...I mean you can't mess up this sandwhich because it's already a mess! A fantastic mess! The fries are just right with the perfect seasoning on them...thankfully this location is a lil out of the way for me, otherwise I'd be here frequently and I really don't need to be. We used to love Zaxbys and go atleast once a week till a bad experience about 7 years ago. Wednesday night I thought we'd give it a try. We ordered the family meal deal and sat there to eat it. It was delicious and that's why I gave it 2 stars but it comes with 20 tenders and supposedly 2 large fries to feed a family of 4. There was only 3 of us and we had no fries left. So I ordered a large fry to go for my oldest son to eat with the tenders we had left. A young man behind me ordered a medium fry. After standing there for 10 minutes, I watched the guy give the young man that ordered after me his fry and then I heard the back put a little box in the window and say "order number 9." After waiting a few more minutes I went up to the pick up counter, stood there for a couple minutes before being acknowledged and I explained to the lady that I had been waiting for 15 minutes for a large fry that I seen him give to the person behind me. I heard the guy tell her "that was the miss up." No apology. She just put the little box of fries in the window and I watched the cook open that box and pour them into a bigger box and add some fries. So when she handed them to me, I of coarse opened the box to feel the fries and slid them right back across the counter because they weren't even warm. I told her I just want my mom back. She said you don't have to throw them. (I thought to myself lady if I threw them they would be in your face.) it took another 7 minutes and 3 different people to figure out how to do a refund. This was terrible customer service. This should have been handled way different on their end. Of coarse we won't be back and from the looks of other reviews the owner doesn't care. read more

Zaxby's is great if you use the Zax Sauce with the chicken tenders. Need to get the humidity in the place fixed so the floors don't get slippery and the service isn't great. However, all these things don't make the food any less fantastic. read more

I've never been to Zaxbys but from yesterday's experience I would without a doubt come back! I ordered the wings and things it was extremely delicious!! The staff is Wonderful very and helpful . A young lady named Asia took my order didn't rush me allowed me to take a chance to view the menu and Answered all of the question that I had to the best of her ability Kept a smile on her face and included direct eye contact. I love Zaxby's...however this location is lacking a few things. First of all it's not as clean as it should be. When you have one table seated and numerous employees the place should be spotless. The kids working there have no manners most of the time. I've had my order wrong just about every time I've came here regardless of coming in or going through the drive thru. It seems as if the employees do not care about the quality of the food. Toast always cold, hard, burnt and even once it was buttered but not toasted on one side. Drive thru forgetting to add silverware for my already cold food and not putting the correct condiments in the bag. It's frustrating because they fix it but with an attitude. I moved here from Georgia and all of the Zaxby's locations service, food and cleanliness was on point all of the time. They really need to get this place together before I decide to stop driving out of my way just for the food. The little things count as well. read more

I want to start by saying I love their chicken. What I also want to comment on is that if you go through the drive through check your order before you leave! Tonight was my 3rd time there this year and the last two times I would get all the way home and not have my complete order..who wants to eat a salad with NO dressing! Tonight I asked for extra ranch dipping sauce and paid for it but when I checked the bag and inside the food boxes they were no where to be found again and I had to ask for them again. Then I get all the way home and my drink was not what I ordered either..had forgotten to even check that before driving off. They got new management and you can really tell. The food is horrible now and they charge for sauces now which is even worse since they raised their prices and I already pay $10 for one meal and a drink!
