It was late and I've really wanted to try a place devoted to Korean Fried Chicken. I have to say that I was sad to see the mixed reviews, but bb.q was actually top heavy with 5 stars and we were starving. In our case, we were not disappointed and the menu was a lot of fun. Our server was terrific. Sweet, knowledgeable, helpful, and we eventually made decisions on an appetizer and two orders of bone in Chicken Wings. I loved the fact that they brought a liter of cold water to the table. We ordered spicy chicken - of course! We had the Spicy Galbi and the Caribbean Spice (like jerk) - both 9 pieces. The orders came with refreshing little daikon pickles. It was a great deal of crunchy delicious juicy and messy Chicken! We had an interesting appetizer. So Ddeok So Ddeok, a sausage skewer. It was tasty and took the edge off before the chicken arrived. We also had the Corn Salad. Cold! Yummy! With great texture. Surprisingly good and perfect with spicy chicken. bb.q Chicken Mansfield was fun and quite the treat. There's plenty of parking lot parking and we had a comfy booth by the window. There's also big tables and chairs. Alcohol is served as well. read more

Korean fried chicken was very tasty. We had the soy garlic and the kalbi flavors. Side of steamed rice, pickled radish and So ddeok So ddeok (skewered fried rice cakes and little smokies with a sweet garlicky glaze all it) which was my absolute favorite. That set the bar for me. All the other k f c places have to be at par or better! Our server was very nice and recommendations were on point. Great spot to order takeout! Super crispy and so tasty! read more

So I love the bb.q chain and this is the first time I was at this location. The dine-in experience was good. The restaurant was clean and it wasn't crowded when I went with my brother on a Wednesday evening. Each table has a little cup with a bag in it so you can throw your chicken bones into it. The staff were very nice. We ordered three different wing orders and three non-wing orders. The cheese corn, ddeokbokki, and waffle fries came out a little less than 10 mins from ordering, but it took another 15 mins after that for the wings to come out, so honesty it took a little longer than I was expecting. The cheese on the cheese corn was more charred than melted and it was very liquidy at the bottom. The spicy galbi wasn't spicy imo. The secret sauce was waaaayy too sweet for my liking. Everything else was good. I really liked the ddeokbokki. Honey Garlic never misses. Definitely wouldn't mind dining in again in the future with the cook time in mind. read more

BB.Q Chicken Mansfield is a Korean fried chicken restaurant specializing in Korean fried chicken that is double fried and crispy with many unique Korean flavors and sauces. They offer many side dishes to choose from and also serve beer and alcoholic beverages. I came through on a weekday during lunch and picked up the 9-piece Gangnam wings that are double fried in black pepper sauce along with garlic and onions to balance out the dish. I also enjoyed a draft beer while waiting for my wings to be prepared. Inside is clean and modern with many tables and chairs to sit at. They have a small bar to sit at to enjoy your food and drinks while watching sports on one of their many TVs provided. The service was amazing provided by the talented staff that gave me some insight on flavors and their go to choices when enjoying fried chicken at this fine establishment. They have many other different options to choose from such as a whole chicken that offers wings, breast, and thighs as well as many side dishes to pick from such as onion rings, kimchee fried rice, and fried dumplings just to name a few. My food came out rather quickly and was looking phenomenal. It was plated perfect and had sliced green onions as a garnish and the sauce was evenly coated around the wings. The flavor was impeccable but the crunchiness from the breading made everything better. The wings were deep fried golden brown to perfection. The flavors were bold and brilliant that had me guessing the spices while remaining intrigued by this masterpiece sitting beneath my eyes. Overall, I really enjoyed this tasty and hearty lunch provided by the staff. I'm looking to come back soon and maybe try another wing flavor along with ddeok-bokki that is a classic Korean street food that is made from rice and fish cakes in a sweet and spicy chili reduction. read more

Tried bb.q Chicken and really enjoyed it. The chicken itself is perfectly fried, but what really makes it stand out are the sauces they toss it in afterward packed with flavor and worth trying different ones. The spot is a little tucked away, so you might not notice it right away, but it's definitely worth finding. The food was delicious, the service was friendly, and the atmosphere was quiet but inviting, making it a nice place to sit and enjoy a meal. I'd definitely recommend it if you're craving some great Korean fried chicken. read more

New spot in the Mansfield area. Service was early friendly food was good. Definitely come back and try it again.

We ordered takeout this time, but we've eaten here plenty of times before, both dine-in and to go. The chicken was still hot and crispy when we got home, which is something we really appreciate with takeout. My family and I are Indian, so we tend to gravitate toward bolder flavors, and the spicy original has a nice level of heat without overpowering everything else. We also regularly order the soy garlic, which is great for anyone who prefers something milder. It's an easy place to order from when everyone wants something a little different. Service has always been awesome, friendly, efficient, and never rushed. When we do dine in, the place has a relaxed, clean, and welcoming vibe that works just as well for families as it does for a casual meal out. What stands out most is the consistency. The chicken is always cooked well, the flavors are reliable, and the experience is straightforward and smooth. It's become one of our regular spots, and we're already planning our next visit. Worth checking out! read more

Brothers and I tried this place out and it was nice. You go in and can either seat yourself at a table or go to the back where the counter is to order to go/pick up orders. There was ample seating with TVs all along the wall with various showings but only one type of audio out on overhead speaker. Not a bad thing though! Just saying there's plenty to watch and it not be overwhelming with different sounds :) When we went there was only one person manning the counter and serving tables. Water was brought out in a carafe with cups. Waffle fries are a must. Personally, my brothers and I only liked the spicy original wings and I thought the spicy galbi was ok. We'll still come back and try other flavors though! We did not like the hot spicy... unsure how to describe the flavor but we would not get that flavor again lol. Some may like it but it just wasn't for us. read more

Loved the wings and fried dumplings! The wings were fresh and crunchy. We tried the plain and garlic honey flavor. We also liked the fries.

The food is always good here every time delivery or inside when I do eat in it's always relaxing and the service is always friendly and I can say the drivers I've had that deliver from here have been nice and deliver as I ask. read more

Food was good...that is once we got it. We arrived shortly after opening and we were the only ones in the restaurant and it took 30 + minutes to get our food. Our server was cordial but seemed more interested in being on his phone than paying attention to the only customers. I asked for a water refill and he took my glass for a refill. Looked over and he was on his phone with my water glass setting on the counter empty. Disappointing. The Arlington location is much better in service and speed. read more

Very good! We ordered the original spicy and garlic honey wings, both very good and crunchy. Waffle Fries were soo good! Yum!

The service was very kind. The food made my night better than it was before I walked in.

The food was awful tonight. I am not sure if it was old chicken or old oil but our family just threw it all away. This is a DNR for us (do not return). We ordered 2 waffle fries and 24 spicy wings. Just awful. $60 down the drain. Previously it was good, now we will not go back. read more

Ordered deliver and the food came hot! The crispiness really is life changing , so yum . 10/10

Best chicken I've had in a long time! Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and full of flavor. The service was quick and friendly, and everything came out fresh and hot. Definitely coming back again soon! read more

Love their soy garlic flavor!! it's been a ritual to take some to-go after my sons gymnastics class. A must try

The servers were incredibly kind but the food was really bad. We boxed it up to take it home and throw it away. The breading was extremely thick on the chicken and it had a slight taste of dish detergent. The boneless wings/nuggets were also incredibly fatty, rendering the chicken inedible. My husband and son usually eat everything but they couldn't stomach it. The kimchi rice was also just not good. It was overly salty and lacked the taste of true kimchi - maybe the kimchi wasn't old enough and it didn't seem it was cooked down enough to caramelize. We were so hungry and it was so disappointing to have splurged on this place and waste so much money. The sweet potato fries and the servers were the stars of the show. If you have a hankering for fries I'd totally recommend this place. Also, we might've caught them on an off day because there are other good reviews. Since we got a little sick to our stomachs we will be too afraid to try again for a while. read more

Visited the store about 818pm the place had only two other guest. Ordered for takeout. Menu was missing fries and boneless wings. I still gave it a try. They said the would text when ready. I went next door to order a drink then to the car.No text I went back at 845pm they asked if I was dining or carrying out. Smh I knew the order wasn't ready. Long story short got my food at 900pm. The guest I saw going after me and dine in go their food before me. The staff was kind but just no urgency. The wings were tasty the waffle fries are cold and dry. For the price point a tad disappointing. read more

Best fried chicken ever! I would definitely recommend and go back ! Even though it's pricey it's worth it !

Love bb.q Chicken they have the best fried chicken with amazing sauces! My family absolutely loves it and asks for it all the time!

Great food. Very clean establishment. Wonderful sauce choices. This is my new favorite wing spot! The service is efficient and pleasant.

I only have one word for this place... WOW I can confidently say this is THE BEST fried chicken I have ever had. The price is absolutely reasonable for the amount of food you get. I had the cheesling boneless medium which comes with 9 pieces of chicken (more than enough for one person and could easily feed two) and cheesling fries. It was delicious! Such a refreshing change for the food options available in the area. The service was friendly and helpful. The booths are roomy and comfortable. Will definitely be returning for some of their original golden fried chicken! read more

Workers were really nice. But the chicken was under done, and the fries were really soggy and not done all the way as well. Chicken to the point where i did not even feel comfortable eating it. So now I am at home air frying it all to at least try to salvage the 45 dollars i spent on two trays of chicken and two sides of fries. read more

I have received food poisoning from this location. I knew the chicken wings I was eating were odd. There was one that seemed undercooked and slimy. Unfortunately for me I ignored it and decided to finish eating my food. After a few days I am suffering from food poisoning. I am literally fighting for my life. I would suggest do not come to this location. Just go to the Arlington one, or better yet do not order chicken wings because they do not properly cook it. Previously I gave this restaurant five stars. The service was good and fast. The food tasted wonderful, but after this experience... yeah no. Save your money. read more
