I haven't been to Chick-fil-A in a while, but I had to try their pretzel cheddar club sandwich and it was delish. The pretzel bun together with the strips of bacon was the perfect combination with their crispy chicken. It was a yummy chicken sandwich. The fries were on the soggy side, but still good. Let me be honest and unapologetically clear: this was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had -- not just because of poor service, but because of what I truly believe to be racially motivated discrimination, disgusting health conditions, and shockingly unprofessional behavior from leadership. It started when I spoke with Ellis. Shortly after, Isabella and Nakia, the site's so-called director, came outside. From the moment they opened their mouths, I could feel the negative energy. Isabella, in particular, is prejudiced -- her tone, body language, and comments made that incredibly clear. She approached me as if I was a problem, not a person. It was condescending, cold, and full of microaggressions. Based on everything I observed, I truly believe she comes from -- and represents -- a mindset rooted in bias. What made things even more disappointing is that Nakia, a Black woman in a leadership role, did not handle the situation with integrity or fairness. Instead of de-escalating or showing professionalism, she joined Isabella in behaving combatively. It's a shame when someone who shares your background chooses to shrink under pressure and play into toxic leadership rather than rise above it. Nakia's leadership was subpar at best, and cowardly at worst. To make matters worse: * They used profanity during the interaction -- loud and clear -- completely out of line for anyone in management. * I waited over 15 minutes while Kass had parked, with no communication or urgency. * My order was incorrect, and when I finally received it, I discovered a strand of hair in the food -- absolutely vile and a clear health code violation. This experience was not just disrespectful -- it was dehumanizing. There was no sense of accountability, no apology, no correction. Just deflection, attitude, and bias. It's painfully obvious that Black customers are treated differently here, and I stand by that. This is not just a customer service issue -- it's a cultural problem at this location. The staff is not just untrained -- they are unfit. The leadership is not just poor -- it's toxic. The handling of customers -- especially customers of color -- is dangerous, dismissive, and disgusting. I'm calling this out because it needs to be said. I don't care if it reaches corporate, the CEO, or even beyond. This location needs to be held accountable. It needs to be audited, investigated, and potentially shut down. I've been here before and they are starting to have more and more issues as time goes on. They seem to be fairly disorganized during a dinner rush. I went through the drive thru and they made us pull up to the stop sign and forgot about our order. I'm visiting from California and I ordered breakfast at this location and ordered it before 10:30 to be picked up at 10:30 and since I arrived at 10:40 due to all the snow I wasn't able to get my food. The service was terrible I've never had employees from a chick fl a be so rude to me. And when I asked for a lunch meal to replace my order since I already paid for it and my order online showed that it was already ready! That is not what I asked him, I asked for a refund. Is this a positive influence? Dtorrian Failed again by only refunding part of the order. Not paying attention. Took even longer for him to perform math for full refund calculation, and also failed by throwing away old receipt. Is this a positive influence? Finally, ordered again. Dtorrian Messed up my drink order and requested that I pay for this horrible chick fila experience. Is this a positive influence? I know this is a new location and they may be in trial and error period of what works and what doesn't. So far each time I've visited this location by drive thru it's been a nightmare. The first time I went I waited in drive thru for 45 minutes had a manager keep telling me my order would be ready soon only to have to go inside and wait another 30 minutes while multiple people kept asking me what the name on my order was. Next visit long wait in drive thru had to park and wait for food to come out. Last drive thru visit another 30 minute wait to be handed a salad with lettuce beans and corn only in it. This location is new... Frankly for a new location I'm rather disappointed. I placed a call at 10:40 February 14th , 2023. Unfortunately I do not know the name of the worker but she lied to me. This morning I checked the app and saw the heart trays, once again I checked merely 30 minutes after and they were gone. I called this location and the female on the phone said they still had them and that if we place a order for the 30 count normal nuggets we'd get a heart tray.
