Leesa was so nice! She was very personable and a very good listener. I came in to order two burgers, fries and extra peppers and despite being busy, she remembered I wanted those extra peppers and made a lighthearted note when I picked up my food. Little things like that make ordinary fast food runs great! The food itself hit the spot and was fresh. All in all it was a good experience. read more

Quick stop for lunch. What an incredible crew, smiles all the way around. Very simple order, one #2 and one #3, my wife doesn't like cheese on her burger. After getting our drinks, we had a bit of time to chat before our burgers were brought to our booth. When you bite into an In-N-Out burger and you get that crunch of the bun, you know its going to be a good one. To tell the truth, I've never had a bad burger at one of their locations. Service is always stellar in every sense. We'll be back to see you very soon. read more

In-N-Out Burger is located at the corner of Walnut Creek and 287 N serving up fresh quality tasting burgers and fries all throughout the day. As I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome from all of the staff. Inside is bright and clean with ample tables and booths to sit at. Since I have been here, I have ordered almost every burger they have ranging from a single patty all the way to a 4x4. The burger and fries were placed perfectly on a red tray just screaming at me to take a picture. The burger was stacked to perfection with the cheese melted with a nice layer of tomatoes slices and green crisp green lettuce. The bun was nice and circular and very soft with a nice ratio to bread and meat while the meat was so juicy packing with flavor! The frys were great but really wasnt as satisfying as the burger. They have a ketchup pump with napkins and salt and black pepper also at the counter for your needs. Customer service was great, and I could tell the employees enjoyed working there with all the smiles they displayed. This place serves up some great burgers at a decent price that wont break the bank but will definetly fill you up! read more

If you've seen one you've seen them all. In this case, that's a good thing. Because, when you're going for an In And Out Burger, you want that consistent quality at an affordable price. It seems like In and Out came to Texas about 10 years ago. It took them a while to work out the bugs but, it seems most locations are consistent now and you can safely assume you will get the same at all locations. I ate in today but, a little secret of mine is...I love to get mine to go and eat it as I cruise the great American Highway system!!! You should Go Too!!! read more

Well I've been here several times but today I was given old dried dehydrated burger that's from a week old. I ordered double double with cheese. I guess the mistake I made was to order to go. Next time I'll eat it in the parking lot and if I see any discrepancies I'll just walk inside to complain. My jaw hurts from chewing all that dry meat read more

Always absolutely amazing and delicious, service is fast and efficient! Way to go y'all! I'm just glad there's a delicious fresh burger joint with reasonable prices! Fresh never frozen burgers and fries yum! I always get the 3x3 animal style it has pickles , delicious sauce, grilled onions yum!! You can also customize your fries , ask for them to be well done.. or animal style. It depends on how hungry you are lol. Everyone was so friendly and we appreciate all the smiles! As a former Californian, it is always a treat to stop in at an In-N-Out. It might be an unpopular opinion here in Texas, but I feel like the food, service, and ambiance are far superior when compared to a WhatABurger or Sonic The menu is relatively simple. In-N-Out sticks to their core competencies: burgers, fries, and shakes stepping into any of their locations will transport you back to an old school dinner with a modern flare. The interior and exteriors are always immaculate with most everything in white or a vibrant red. The attendants are always very friendly and helpful The burgers are delicious, the shakes thick and flavorful, and the fries are hand cut in house Some tips: There is a secret menu called the "not so secret menu" (https://www.in-n-out.com/menu/not-so-secret-menu) where you can order off menu items. Might I suggest going "animal style." Cheers!! read more

Haven't been to In-N-Out in such a long time. And well, still a popular place cause the drive thru line was long. Got the Double-double with fries while my bf got 2 Hamburgers with fries. Still very yummy and made fresh. Definitely hits the spot when you just have a fast food craving. read more

In-N-Out Burger - Double-double with fries - Burgers Near Me - Mansfield, Texas

Be careful ordering your burgers "mustard fried" or else you may get a regular double double and a fry covered in mustard. We ordered and had to swipe twice to pay when the first declined for some unknown reason. Ended up with two pending charges and we will see if one falls off. Saw the receipt and went to counter immediately to make sure they understood mustard fried burgers not fries with mustard. Still we were served fries drenched in mustard which we didn't take. They did immediately give us regular fries. Burgers weren't mustard fried but hot and fresh. Restaurant was clean. People were friendly. It shouldn't be this hard. I've ordered mustard fried burgers for years without issue. read more

PRO TIP : from a 40 year In-N-Out veteran. Get ANIMAL STYLE. Whether it be a single meat , double or even as big as a 4x4 burger and tthey can go bigger, too!! What is Animal Style? Burger and size of your choice, hand-leafed lettuce, tomato, a mustard cooked beef patty (YUM) pickles, extra spreed and caramelized grilled onions. It makes A world of difference if you never been are your just simply a newbie! I seriously believe you have never truly had a full In-N-Out experience until you have had at least a burger animal style!!!! This trip I got a Double Double Animal Style, with the secret menu and hack Animal style fries as well. Along with a Neapolitan shake in which they mix, strawberry, chocolate and vanilla together. None of these 3 things are on the menu all you have to do is ask. You will not regret ordering exactly above as I ordered!!! We love this In-N-Out and it really stands above the rest in the area in my option. The drive through can be a bit of a wait but it's well with the wait indeed! The inside is always spotless and the people are such hard workers. it's always amazing for me to watch the speed they work at! The best thing about In-N-Out is they it's extremely affordable! read more

Favorite - DoubleDouble animal style and chopped chilies with fries light. Always hits the spot.

I'm from California but good googly moogly , I'd never thought I'd be at in n out 3-4 times a week... I even have a teenage daughter that works at the Addison location... they treat their employees well as well as pay them pretty good.. all of their food is real and freshly made to order ... My 10 year old son loves in n out burgers... I don't eat red meat or pork, so it's usually fries or animal fries for me read more

Can you ever go wrong with In-N-Out? After an extremely long day at work, I was debating on what to order and I just decided to stop at this In-N-Out. The nice thing about In-N-Out is that they close at 1AM so even after a really long day, they're open to order. As I've moved back to ATL, I am realizing day by day how big of a blessing it is to have In-N-Out in the DFW area; it's truly in my opinion -- the best fast food in the US. I came around 12:30AM on a weekday evening and the place was pretty empty. The drive-thru seemed pretty busy though. I ordered my usual double-double animal style with chopped pickled and animal-style fries well done. In-N-Out will not have your order out ultra-fast; they make everything fresh to order, so please be patient! I waited around 10 minutes to get my order and I took it home and gobbled it down. Must I say anything about the taste? In-N-Out 99% of the time always slaps and you will never be disappointed. It was a great filling meal and another thing I love about In-N-Out is that it doesn't feel too heavy or greasy. It tastes and feels fresh and you can definitely feel that post-meal as well. I can't wait to be back in DFW next week and gobble down another double-double! read more

Probably the best fast food hamburger around. With fresh slice of onion and their sauce make a most delicious hamburger. Their french fries are cut fresh in the store and if you like them extra crispy like I do, I will run them through the fryer a second time. Incredibly slow. I saw a long line at the drive thru, so I ran in for a single burger. Took over 15 minutes to finally get it. It was painfully obvious they gave priority to the drive thru and almost couldn't be bothered with you or your order if you came in to the building. For a second, I thought I was at Whataburger with how slow it was. read more

Their food is amazing and the service was amazing I'm definitely coming back their burgers are amazing too definitely recommend

Probably one of the best in n outs I've been to! I've been all over California and Texas to try all the in and outs and I'm always disappointed. Until I came here! Why or how do they differ you may ask? Idk. Lol but everything just seemed 10x fresher than anywhere I've ever been. The fries were still blazing hot. The burger was fresh and hot when I got home with it. I usually always eat inside because the food is hotter that way. But nope here my food was still hot when I got home! And service well, it's like chick fil a service tbh. All the staffs here are really nice and happy. Some even faking it until they're making it lol. read more

It has been a while since I have been to In-N-Out, and, I was in the neighborhood so stopped by to get some food to take home to family. The team member working the drive thru was very friendly, and professional, and, yes, he was wearing a mask. The burgers are always, hot, fresh and delicious and I ordered a 3x3 protein style for my self, and it was very good. Their shakes are always great. The bonus, is the spread. No carbs in the spread! Stay hungry my friends... read more

So I usually say I'm not the biggest fan of In-N-Out but today may have changed my mind lol. First the service was 10/10 they were so nice! Ambiance is nice and clean! I ordered a single cheeseburger with grilled onions, no sauce (I should've added mustard because it was dry). I ordered the animal style fries with peppers and this was the star of the show! It was so so so good!! Like are you kidding I'll go back just for the fries! read more

Cash only. Fine. They asked if we were eating in the car. We said we were taking it home. They still packed it openly. Napkins weren't usable as they had already absorbed the grease and cheese from the open burger and fries. Gosh people. Fries were mediocre. Burger same. No thanks on the not-so, "fresh-(gummy) fries." read more

This was my first visit to an In-N-Out Burger. I happen to be traveling and my travels took me next door to Discount Tire so this was as good a time an any to visit them. They have been hyped up and I wanted to see what all the hype was all about. I was greeted cheerfully by the person at the counter and he took my order and gave me a receipt and I was told that I would be called when my order was ready. After a short wait I picked up my order at the counter and proceeded to the condiment station for some ketchup. I ordered a Double-Double combo with cheese and fries and I got a strawberry shake. Their burgers are not as big in size as Five Guys but it was delicious. It was cooked to my satisfaction and the cheese was melted and the bread was extremely soft. The fries were also cooked to my liking, a mixture of not too hard or too soft. My shake was thick enough that I had to wait a few minutes to be able to suck it up my straw. And to top it off my counter person came around to ask me if everything was fine and did I need anything! Now that's what I call service. It was one of the cleanest fast food restaurants that I have ever seen., I will definitely return to try other menu items when I return to this area in the future. read more

While this particular location slightly redeemed In-N-Out from the location I ate at in California, it still doesn't hold a candle to Whataburger. The burgers are ok at best. The fries....well, if you go pretty much anywhere else you will get better french fries. I also still don't understand a burger joint that doesn't offer mayonnaise as a condiment. I want my burger the way I want it and I can't get that at In-N-Out. Whataburger serves delicious 100% pure fresh beef that's never frozen and I can get it just the way I like it! read more

My favorite place to eat! Maybe because I'm a California girl living in Texas. All natural not frozen and delicious. For those that don't know the secret menu here you go. You can do a 2x2, 3x3 & 4x4 and u will get that amount of patties in your burger. Animal style fries are the best but you can add that to your burgers as well, even ask for the "spread". Lots of hidden menu items. read more

I love In N Out, that's why we came here tonight. However, when placing our order the customer service was mediocre. The young lady who took our order didn't smile and honestly seemed like she didn't want to be there. No big deal, just worth mentioning. What really set me off was the fact that I tried to change my daughter and the last stall was locked. I waited and checked to make sure no one was ok there before I knocked, and then I went to the front to ask for assistance. 4 different workers looked at me and did nothing; looked and literally turned the other way. That really ticked me off. If you have changing tables, make them accessible! Customer service needs work. If it were up to that alone I'd give one . read more

I love stopping at this location on the way from Houston to Lubbock TX, in both directions! Customer service here is out of this world, exceptional, every visit. They even prepared my burger by packaging the ingredients separely so my mother could put it together when I got to her house so she could try it for the first time. Christian L rang me up on today's visit, and he was cheery and kind, and that kind of service just really goes a long way. How can anyone possibly be grumpy with such a smiling, friendly face and demeanor. I heard it was his first day, congrats and welcome to the In N Out family! read more
