Zaxby's has the best fries! Crispy, salty, hot! So good! The chicken fingers were great. I really only wanted 1 finger. I ordered off the kids menu but wish there was an adult option that's just like a small snack. Service was very fast and with a smile. Of course the ice in soft drinks is the very best. Wish the salads weren't so expensive. And I'm curious about the egg rolls, but haven't been able to find anyone who's tried them. read more

Did a mobile order at 10:40. Showed up to the drive thru and nobody answered the mic. Went to the window and all the workers went to the back to hide. They then attempted to turn off the lights to the building with a broom handle while still hiding so we could leave. We had to honk the horn multiple times for someone to show up. When someone finally showed up to the window, they told us the food wasn't ready and that it wouldn't be ready until another 20 minutes. Worst part is that a manager was on duty at the time. Can't believe a manager condones this type of behavior at work while she is charge. Whoever owns this franchise needs to step up, cause the people they are hiring are not up to task. Had to eventually get a refund. Manager didn't even offer to apologize or make up for the childish behavior. read more

Food tasted like gasoline. They forgot our food for 20 minutes while we were waiting in line. Chicken was rubbery, it looked like someone squirted ranch all over the sandwich and carton with a squirt gun. Fried chicken tasted like it had been on the floor at the local mechanics garage and dipped in petroleum. I definitely understand times are rough with COVID and being short staffed and all. However, i placed and online order that said to pick up through DRIVE THRU. I also had curbside option. I chose drive thru. I get to drive they and there was an attendant who informed me i had to go in to pick up my order. I told her i do not go in restaurants at this time and that is why i ordered drive thru pick up. She argued i would have to go in. I said no, i paid for my food and right here it says drive thru pick up. Ur drive thru is working fine so what's the problem??? She had no answer and waved another employee outside over. He chose to argue with me again. I didn't appreciate having to argue a second time so i told him he could go in and get my food for me, or he could refund my money. He then told me to pull to window. I pull to window. Was very kind. Explained i was there for online order. He refused. Said the manager said all pick ups have to come in. I said well u tell ur manager to refund my money then. The manager then yelled to just have me pull up. Very easy solution that could of been done from the get go. Very dissatisfied with customer service and won't return for awhile!!!! I understand being short staffed and frustrated during these times but i was kind to every employee until they were rude and argued with me. If i order online for drive thru pick up, then that's what i should get. Or a reasonable accommodation. What it my foot was broke? Or i had COVID symptoms. No One knew why i ordered online. And they should have delivered food to my car as ordered. U can't make someone come in when u offer curbside and drive thru. Someone needs to get this place in better order. Respect goes a long way. All they had to do was listen to what i was saying and it was a simple customer service answer. read more

In the many times I have gone to this location, they have never gotten my order correct. Never. Nothing like getting a salad home to find they didn't include the blue cheese dressing I ordered (on the blue salad). Last time I came home with someone else's order. Drive thru at lunch is a NIGHTMARE - wrapped around the building. Ordering inside is not much better particularly when school is out. One register open and the counter a WRECK! They should know their peak periods and staff appropriately....glad business is good but if you keep people waiting by not staffing appropriately, it won't be good for long! Once I got the "to go" order and got it back to the office it was good but getting it was NOT FUN! read more
