Food was very tasty, lemonade is great, cleaner this time than last. Only issue is these bowl portions are small for the price, in my opinion. Thankfully I caught the BOGO coupon so that made it worth it. The buffalo mac bowl was very good and I could eat it often. We'll be back. read more

Slim Chickens let me down today. Ordered for pickup on DoorDash and when I got to the window to let them know I have an order for pickup their speaker was broken. I could barely hear them and I guess they could barely hear me too because they gave me the wrong order. When they gave me two drinks I didn't order they refused to take them back because I had touched the cups. What am i supposed to do with drinks in my car I didn't order if they wouldn't take them back? It took forever to get our correct order. I was going to speak with the manager but I think it was the untrained manager who gave me the wrong order. They need to get their $h1# together like McDonald's does. read more

I enjoyed a very delicious fried chicken sandwich here. It's very clean and the service was friendly and attentive. Great fries too. Easy to find. Lots of parking. Price was good for a combo! I got the Club Sandwich meal. A+. read more

After picking up my order ID# 3176982139964568 I arrived home to discover I had a Strawberry milkshake and Oreo Cookie milkshake, I had ordered 2 Chocolate milkshakes not Cookie and Strawberry, After paying $4.49 each ($8.98) plus 9% tax total $9.79 I was so disappointed, I'm a regular visitor of Slim Chickens Decatur Alabama Beltline Road location, Times are very hard with inflation and I don't appreciate spending almost $10.00 for items I didn't order, I expected to receive what I paid for, Sincerely disappointed. Very friendly service and got our food really fast. Grandbabies loved the macaroni and cheese.

Service was terrible, nobody answered the drive thru so we went inside and four workers were sitting on their phones. Food finally came out after a 15 minute wait and fries were cold. read more

Quite literally the slowest food establishment. I am a slims chicken addict. Eat the Madison location at least twice a week. Everytime I have been to the Decatur location I sit in the drive through forever. I just sat in line for 30 minutes until I just decided to leave. read more

Outrageous prices for such tiny little chicken "tenders". For what you get, the prices should be one-third if what they are charging! Crispy chicken sandwich with NO LETTUCE, NO TOMATO??? They aren't even available. They come with pickles and some god-awful "ranch mayo" concoction - the nastiest sauce we've ever tried. Oh, they don't tell you the mayo is 'ranch mayo' until after you tell them the mayo is bad. And then they act like you are crazy for never hearing of something so disgusting. The drinks don't taste right either. They have nothing good or reasonably priced. We have no desire to return. read more

I ordered at the drive thru, sat in line for MUCH longer than one should with only 2 vehicles in front of me, then I finally received my order. When the lady handed me my drinks and they were wrong, I told her and she asked for my receipt, which verified the correct drinks and I was then given the correct drinks. I never received my receipt back. I pulled up to check my food and let the car behind me leave since she received her food before I did, and I found that another item was wrong! Instead of a chicken club meal, I had a finger meal. Went inside to get it corrected. I told the lady at the register inside what happened and when she asked for my receipt, I told her they still had it at the drive-thru. She took the finger meal, threw it in the garbage and went about her business fulfilling orders and cleaning tables. After waiting for several minutes, I had to flag down ANOTHER employee and ask if they were even making the replacement meal. She had to tell the kitchen to remake my meal at that point. I sat and waited for several more minutes before it was corrected, took the food and left. I get home, and to my surprise yet another part of my order was wrong (I couldn't tell the difference between the chicken wings I actually received and the sauced tenders that I had ordered in the dark when I originally checked, but it looked close so I went on looking at the other items). I spent $62.63 and received incorrect drinks, 2 of the 3 meals ordered were incorrect and spent well over 30 minutes trying to get fast food. I can't tell you exactly what time I ordered because they never gave me my receipt back, but I DO know that the time on the register was 6:40 several minutes before I received the replacement meal inside. Why are you making it so difficult to patronize your business? Is it not common practice to verify orders before sending them out the door? This was THE POOREST experience I have had in many years and I will Not continue to give you my business while you make me work for the items I AM PAYING YOU FOR!!! I fully intend on telling of this experience to discourage others from having this same experience when there are more than enough other well-run restaurants within a mile of this location. If this is how you do business, I don't expect you will create many return customers and I look forward to seeing what restaurant will ultimately take your place in that building. This was pitiful. You didn't earn nor deserve my money tonight and will not be receiving any more in the future. read more
