Salmon was seasoned perfectly, had a nice crispy char on the outside while the fish was moist and tender. Only thing that could have made it better was another piece! The rice was perfectly cooked, had hints of I believe saffron and maybe liquid smoke(?) whatever it was the rice really stood out my only complaint would be there wasn't enough. She had the same two sides and also said a bit more rice would have been nice. For desert we had their deep fried cheese cake, it's almost like a cannoli and cheesecake had a baby that was deep fried.
