A good representation of the franchise. I arrived on a Tuesday in January just before 5PM with most of the parking near the entrance filled with vehicles. There was one patron in line as I approached the counter. When it was my turn I received a friendly greeting and I placed an order for the Cobb Zalad and a soft drink. This store has a fountain machine versus the Coke Freestyle dispenser I've seen at other locations. So the selection is not as expansive, and I wasn't able to treat myself to Mellow Yello Zero with a splash of strawberry and had to settle for Diet Coke instead. The dining room had 3 or 4 tables with patrons and most of the other customers were to-go orders. My table was clean and I was served quickly and my order was correct. The ingredients appeared to all be fresh and the lettuce in the salad were nicely sized (no giant pieces that had to be cut down to edible size). The ranch dressing was decent and the flavors were good. The chicken chunks were crispy and had a great flavor as was the crispy bacon. The serving was good and filling. read more

i wish i could give this 0 stars. first of all, they were really quick with the food, which was good, but clearly they didn't take enough time to prepare the food correctly. i take a few bites of my sandwich and it's all good, hot and spicy, i then see veins in the chicken. this wasn't a big deal considering they can't control how the chicken is.. but then i take another bite to see a black hair in my chicken. this is unacceptable and disgusting and disappointing and gross. whoever prepared this sandwich needs to be fired and charged with assault... gross and nasty and i'm never coming back to this catastrophe of a place.. the place was okay to sit at the music was breaking my ear drums tho read more

This was VERY disappointing!!! I tried the Cajun Club sandwich (no tomato) for the first time and this is what I received..... It's a shame that during this time of crisis, people that still have the pleasure of going to work, don't seem to care about doing their job correctly or customer satisfaction. I get that they're understaffed right now so the dining room is closed. What I don't get is that after asking the guy at the drive thru window if there are straws in my bag and him telling me yes that I get to where I'm going with no straws, no napkins and no plastic ware. It's kind of hard to eat cole slaw without a fork or drink out of their cup without a straw. Luckily this isn't the first time they've done this so I keep extras in my car. read more

I don't know why I don't heed my own advice and NOT stop here for lunch. It's always something. Today was another few mistakes. I went there specifically to order the new club sandwich. I ordered the spicy signature club and fried mushrooms. Total $13.33, fine. I give the gentleman at the window a $20 bill and .33 cents. He gives me no change and states signature sandwich sink correct him and state signature club sandwich and his reply is "oh yes correct". Did I get a spicy signature club sandwich? NO!!! He even fticken confirmed it. I tell him I gave him a 20 dollar bill and he is shocked. He talks to a manager and shortly hands me $8, which is $1 too much. I gave it back. Should have kept it after sitting in the drive through for 25 minutes only to NOT get what I ordered. If it's not raw chicken, it's the wrong item even if you ask them to verify at the window. This place sucks. Expect to wait sit in restaurant times for an order of three cold chicken tenders and soggy fries, not to mention the numerous amount of times my order has been messed up. Pulled into the drive thru line at 8:55 and pulled up to the microphone at 9:00 which was their "closing time". Not thinking anything about it, I start to order, and I get their automated robotic message saying, "sorry we're currently closed right now". So I park and walk inside, and what do you know, it's open. They just didn't feel like serving customers food anymore. I don't know if drive thrus have changed to shutting down exactly at closing time, or if they're just lazy. But to say I wasn't happy would be an understatement. This location has the friendliest, most accommodating staff of any location I have visited. I can always count on a hot, fresh, DELICIOUS meal served with a smile! The restaurant is always clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing even during the busiest times. We enjoy dinner here about once a week and plan to continue for years to come!! read more

Jeremiah at the front counter on Sunday evening had just about the worst customer service I've ever seen. Very short and rude, and paid little attention to the needs of customers. He acted like he hated his job which made me hate that I chose to eat here. Hire and train better, the front counter people are the face of the business, and definitely affect who will come back. read more

Waited and waited and waited. Asked clerk how much longer as I had frozen items that needed to be put away. "Oh, just a minute". Famous last words! I waited again then just drove home without the food and put away my groceries before they totally unfroze! Yeah, I did try calling them 770 479-5711, rang over 30 times - no one answered. I randomly got hungry at around 9 PM so I decided to grab the closet thing near me. My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru and ordered two separate orders for he and I and another couple. The first order was a garden house salad with ranch, a side of fries, and a four finger plate with extra toast and a root beer. The second order was a grilled chicken Caesar salad with Caesar dressing and a five traditional tongue torch buffalo wings with a large sweet tea. The service was prompt and friendly. The food was well made and fresh. Our food was correct and unlike most places, napkins and silverware were placed in the bag.This location is the first I've been to that served fresh and delicately made food!! Salad at the drive thru is my usual. Always a cob with same dressing. One gripe if any would be the consistent mix ups with giving me a house versus a cob. It's been a while but was bad enough where the wife and I were keeping track as a joke. Cob actually used to cost more so it bummed me out when the order was wrong. Other than that it is good. Very clean and costumer service was nice and friendly. Food was a bit salty but that made the lemonade that much better.
