Went here because my boyfriend used to go to this chain in South Carolina. We ordered the four tender plate, ten traditional wings (Original and Sweet & Spicy), and fried cheese balls. We dined in and what made the experience was the manager working (De - he introduced himself but I only caught the first half :( ). Being from New York, we are used to eat-and-go when ordering fast food. Service is non-existent but that is why we choose fast food. Once we got our food, he immediately asked how everything came out. He then made sure to visit every table and interact with the customers. It made the dining feel more homely. He wasn't intrusive or over the top, just extremely friendly. The food was also delicious. I cannot speak for the entire franchise, but I can advise those in the area to stop by this one, and dine in (especially when he is on duty). read more

I stopped at this Zaxby's two years ago on a road trip and it was fantastic. I prefer Zaxby's over Cane's chicken because Zaxby's has more sauces, but there are no Zaxby's near where I live. Terrible customer service. I ordered on 9/3 a sandwich , fries, drink and a brownie. Sandwich and fries were great. The positives are there. There's good quality chicken served as strips, wings, or boneless wings. The crinkle cut fries are nice and crispy. The wing sauces are phenomenal. For fast food, the sweet and spicy sauce is amazingly similar to a good General Tso's sauce. The two stars going down from perfection reflected the slightly higher than average price point and that the condiment/drink area still was trashed from the lunch rush well after 2 PM and hadn't been restocked either. read more

When I visited this location excitedly, 20 minutes before closing, I was told they were already closed and there was no way they could let me order even though there was plenty of time left before theclosing. I'm giving up on these guys. When they opened, we checked them out and enjoyed the variety they added to the local menu. The last couple visits have convinced me to stay away. Both times the chicken fingers were barely warm, not hot. The original sauce they were tossed in was luke warm at best. Maybe, if they had gotten them to me a few minutes earlier, they would have been good. The girl on the counter acted like it was her first day, but they totally left her to fend for herself. That's on the manager, not her. My order was strait forward: six chicken finger plate tossed with original sauce. I had to go through it three times, but she did eventually get it right. My partner's order was similar, except only four chicken fingers, not tossed, ranch dressing on the side. Somehow she ended-up with some chicken in a small bag, no plate, no sauce. I had some ranch on my plate, so I gave her that to dip her chicken in. I started to eat the coleslaw served in a very small sealed container, but stopped after the first bite of that wretched stuff. I don't know if it was just old or if it got left in the sun or what. I wanted a lower carb alternative to the fries, but didn't see one. We were hungry and ate a couple of fries each and they were very good. I'm thinking that the many failures we have experienced here lately are entirely the fault of the management. The kids working here are no worse than at other places. They need leadership and attention to detail and they aren't getting it. To be totally honest I have found myself going there more than once a week before and that is something I usually NEVER do. The food is very good but the service sucks I was trying to ask one of the employees a question cause she wasn't doing anything she was texting on her phone .I think they call her Quan because one of the other worker's called her name out and she basically ignored me and went to the kitchen and didn't acknowledge me and I know she saw me cause she looked right at me before she turned to go to kitchen and I think she is in management cause she had on different outfit than other workers I think they really need to rethink who they hire as management cause she obviously isn't someone who leads by example to anyone. My salad was fresh and very crispy. Chicken was on point. Kiddos had the boneless buffalo wings and they were extremely tender and fresh. Wifey had the chicken tenders and these were also on point. I picked up lunch from here on my way to work today. I ordered the 3 chicken finger sandwich meal. The sandwich is impossible to eat, unless you are sitting at a table, because it basically just falls apart. Luckily, I got honey mustard to put on the sandwich, so I just took it apart and ate it as chicken fingers. They were pretty flavorless. I didn't eat the bread or lettuce, but did taste the sauce. It's similar to watered down thousand island with pepper added. The fries were pretty plain too and not very crispy for being hot out of the fryer. I was not impressed, especially with how much the meal cost. I would've only given 1 star, but the restaurant was very clean and thr staff was super friendly. read more
