Not going to be able to continue going to Zara Bellevue location, because the staff is really interested in not giving great customer service...they literally aren't even trying. I went in to grab an outfit for a concert, got there choose a nice black mid length dress...went to pay for it waited in line and then I realized I got the wrong size. The dress was literally next to the register and I told the cashier I wanted a bigger size and to give me a minute...he said "ummm..k" ...next then proceeded to help another woman who was returning three bags full of clothes. The line was so long already and they were under-staffed and he passed me then told the woman to wait and proceed to help the people who were behind the woman then rudely told me to go to the men's department to get checked out. I'm not mad that they were under staffed, or that they obviously didn't know order of operations... I was more pissed at the shear fact that this guy had ZERO customer service skills. Like I felt like I was being rung up by Fucking Daria or Napoleon Dynamite. F that. I wasted time...but I didn't waste money left that cute dress and went to Nordstrom read more

Very rude customer service they can't be bothered with you. Unorganized and too many people are allowed in the store. Disappointed.

For starters I'd like to say I'm not one to write reviews, but I have to share this! I'm a newbie fashion blogger (@reeh_saj) who's always looking for interesting clothes. Zara is a great place to get unique, trendy items. Sara Liddell is my style QUEEN! I specifically scout her out when I'm on the hunt for something new! She knows the store like the back of her hand so I waste no time when browsing. She throws me ideas and helps me put everything together beautifully. The Seattle Zara would be a closer drive, but Bellevue seems to be more neat and clean. Seattle Zara also doesn't have my favorite retail associate ;) read more

I thinks it's a prerequisite to have a resting b**tch face if work here. Unfriendly staff. Also expect to wait for 15 - 20 minutes in line every time you want to buy something. Cute clothes for kids, bad service. read more

I literally don't know how we support and be so slow. It's pretty ridiculous. Staff is rude on top of that. Not worth in person shopping when you can buy everything online. read more

After waiting in Zara's line for about 30 minutes to pick up an online order and make a return, I finally made it to the counter. The clerk then unapologetically told me I needed to pick up my package from the kids department of the store (there were no signs posted explaining this). When I reached the kids department, the clerk there unapologetically told me his register was closing and I'd have to go back into the crazy long line his colleague just sent me away from. He had zero regard for the length of time I'd waited and the fact that his colleague sent me to a closed register. Fortunately, another worker came over to assist me with my pickup and return, but then that's when we ran into another problem. The worker scanning my email pulled up two other customers' orders, for some reason, and it took some time to clear up the mixup in their system. When we finally found my package and made the return at the register, I received no visual confirmation or receipt of what was specifically returned nor the amount I was being refunded. Even the clerk had no way of seeing the amount of my return from her end. It took about 30 minutes for an email to finally arrive stating confirmation of what I returned and the amount I was being refunded. read more

Avoid by any means. 30 min in a line is a min waiting time, only 1 register open and the cashier works super slow

There was 7 people in line today at the store, 2 registers open and at least 6 employees on the floor. Manager was rude when I asked for another register to open. Had my hands full of toddlers and no sympathy from staff. This is Bellesquare, not Rodeo drive. Attitude is unnecessary. Not making a purchase there, ever. read more

Ugh this mall is full of the most unmotivated employees and Zara Man is no different. I came in to do a return and started at the women's checkout. The ladies there were overwhelmed with the line and told everyone there was no line at the men's section, so a few of us walked down to that checkout area. The girl who got there before me was returning two items and purchasing one. The guy stared at the clothes for a long time as if he was trying to determine if they had been worn - they were very wrinkly and had it been me I wouldn't have needed that long to determine if I was going to allow the return or not, but that's just me. He looked like his mind was elsewhere as he put a security tag on the first item and then 5 minutes later the second item. Not sure what was going on with him but he finally finished her transaction and got to my online return. This was easy and straightforward so a couple of scans with the scanner and a few minutes later I was finally out of there. Next time I'll just stay in the women's line. read more

This review is for Sara! Went into Zara last week looking for a nice, simple outfit for an event. I'm not the best at styling myself so I asked An employee for some help. She was super sweet and extremely helpful! I left with a whole new wardrobe and had a fun with the girl helping me. She was really sweet and encouraging. If you're unsure of style or in need of help dressing yourself for an event, go to Zara and ask for Sara. (Tall girl, thin, brunette.) I'm so grateful! read more

super rude employees!! The tall white girl in the dressing room that worked July 24 around 2:30 pm wearing a black button down and black pants with her brown hair in a bun not only gave my aunt attitude and tried to make her feel dumb when she tried to help out and put the clothes on the unwanted rack in the dressing room. She also almost hit me when she was putting clothes back on the rack like she couldn't have said "excuse me" or anything? She should be fired immediately. I don't know what she's doing here trying to work in the service industry. The asian girls here were super friendly though. Especially the one working in the dressing room with brown long wavy hair! read more

Line is crazy. They should really have more cashiers working. Only one desk was open in the entire store

Examine your receipt carefully at checkout. A garment I bought was marked 15.95. When I was putting away my purchases at home, I glanced at the receipt and found that I had been charged 22.90 for the item. I had to drive all the way back from Sammamish to Bellevue Square and was told that the 15.95 price was in EUROS! Who in the US marks their stock in euros? Very few people would notice. Even if this was an 'honest' mistake, the conversion factor for euros-to-dollars would not result in a 22.90 price. This is a double scam. When I pointed it out and complained, they refunded the difference but were not apologetic. I wonder how often they get away with this, hoping American shoppers are simply not alert. read more

Horrible customer service. Waited for 30 minutes in line just to returned two pairs of jeans. One of their cashier went to the back of the line to let those who just got into the line know there was a shorter lane in the kids area instead of those who were at the front. Never ever will shop at this place again read more

I've gone into this store location several times and every time I experience an employee who Is so unfriendly and not helpful when asked a product question. It's as if they feel they are doing you a favor by being there. A couple examples: Me at cashier: "hi, good morning" Cashier: "how are you paying, cash credit or debit?" (Not sure why this was asked before ringing up items)? I was looking for a toddler item and no one was in that section so I walked over to woman's to find someone to ask. They told me to go back to the kids section and find someone. I asked an employee if they had any other sizes in the back and they flatly responded "no, this is all we have" front desk then scanned the item and said there were two more on the floor but there was no luck finding them (I was in at store opening so it's not like things were as misplaced as they would be in the afternoon). I wont be entering this store again. read more

This place is the most unorganized store. During this pandemic, you would expect all the registers opened to make the lines flow fast. There are always huge lines and you are expected to wait for at least 30 min to pay or return purchases. People don't keep the 6 feet distance because there are so many people standing in line. You see employees chatting in closed registrations. Is there a manager or company monitoring this situation? read more

Always find new great items here! This zara is stocked really well! I suggest going during the week because on weekends the lines are horrible. The staff isn't extremely nice.. (you have to ask for help if you need it, they don't smile at the checkout, don't greet you as you come in) but it doesn't bother me much. Love zara! read more

Love their clothes my only problem is the line they never open all the cashier's always takes forever to buy something at the store

Extremely rude management, especially the manager BRADY. She has been very rude and racist multiple times to multiple customers. Horrible experience every single time. I'm surprised she didn't get fired yet. read more

I usually don't write many reviews but I had to pull out my phone for this one. The worst ZARA I have ever shopped at. This place deserves negative stars. After reading the reviews here, I have realized the reason they are rude and disrespectful is because their reputation is so bad they don't actually care. I was in the fitting room area, and the representative told me to stand outside because there were too many women there. The fitting room area is not for women only! She made it sound like I was creeping on them or something but I was not at all! This will be the last time I go to this ZARA, they don't care at all about their customers. I really hope people start to realize this. read more

I've been trying to return an item I've NEVER worn. Told me I cant because it was from Canada. Took it back to Canada just to return in I live in washington. They wouldnt return it for me only exchange. Had someone get me a different item and now I'm 112$ in and I was told I can return in the states... but I guess not.. I will probably never shop here. Again! read more

Absolutely Excellent Store! Outstanding customer service and Amazing Clothes. Can't wait to wear them.

Finally I don't have to trek to downtown Seattle to shop at Zara! The store is actually split up into 3 different storefronts. The main storefront is women's, then I saw children's and men's on the side. I came in the early morning, when the mall just opened, so it wasn't too busy yet. I've bought clothes from their other locations before and they have held up well. Their clothes are trendy, tres chic and a good addition to Bellevue Square! Can't wait to go back. read more

ZARA - Women's Clothing Near Me - Bellevue, Washington

Terrible customer service. Horrible exchange or return policy. If you can shop elsewhere Please do so. Will never purchase anything from this store again. read more

Terrible service. Fitting rooms closed so I had to buy first and then stood in like for an hour waiting to return it all... don't usually write reviews but jeeesh read more

Loved Zara until today. I always recognized that their customer service was lacking but didn't really ever need much from them. When trying to returning some dresses I bought in a hurry, she asked if there was anything wrong with the items. I replied "actually one of them does have quite a bit of make up on it, I didn't realize until I brought it home because I was in a hurry". She looked at the dresses and made multiple rude comments insinuating that I was the one who got make up on the dresses. I have never felt so disrespected in a retail store in my life. Will never be returning. such a shame they hire the most unfriendly people I've ever met. read more

Bought some stuff online and had to exchange and return some items due to sizing. Came to this store and there's a huge line everywhere and each transaction is taking forever... I love Zara styles for kids and the quality is usually pretty good but will definitely not be returning to this physical store or even buying online because I don't want to deal with this mess. Store employees are pretty abrupt with me like I'm wasting their time. read more

For being so big of a store, I was surprised at how open this place was! It looks and feels like a designer boutique, with edgy decor and loads of textured fabrics on the racks. I was amazed when I looked at some of the price tags. Certain jackets I expected to be several hundred dollars were $89. The clearance section had some quilted shirt jackets for $29. I used to the woman's entrance, which leads to the children's section, and finally the mens. I can't deny that the Caucasian worker with a man-bun stood out, nor the Asian worker with an asymmetrical haircut and tight black pants. It looks snobby in here, from the clothes to the workers and the ambiance of the store. It is in reality a totally affordable and trendy place to buy good clothes. I hear good things about Zara! read more

I have been a Zara lover for a long time - I used to pass a Manhattan store daily on my way home and spent s lot of time and money there. It's one of the things I missed most when I moved to this area. Not anymore! This store is new, big, and clean. It has a fantastic selection for the current season, as well as a really good assortment on sale apparel. Everything is beautifully displayed and organized, and the staff keeps it tidy. The dressing rooms are nice. The clothes? Fantastic basics, fun fashion, great price points. read more

Visited 5/2/2019 Thursday @ 7:00PM. The whole staff here has a serious attitude problem. If yall don't like your job, go home and find a new job. One staff literally screamed at us to put the cloth back on the exact place where we picked it up. Lady, that is your fxing job!! When we came up to the counter to purchase, the guy didn't greet, didn't say the total, didn't say anything and gave us a dirty look. On the way out, we figured he was giving same attitude to other customers as well. Seriously, how possibly can you mess up while working at a clothing store. Horrible employees. read more

One of the worst experiences I have had in a retail store in a long time. Went to buy a couple of shirts for my grandson. Took the time to go through the clothes and then when I got to the counter they told me they couldn't sell me the shirt because it's from last season and should not be on the floor. The manager couldn't even reverse it. Really it's on the floor and you can't sell it. Are you in business? You basked for the District Managers phone number and was told I couldn't have it. But they gave me a customer service number to call and every time I do it fails. Well Zara you just had one epic fail in my book. read more

People just stand around like they are so busy when in reality all they are doing is nothing or just chatting it up with other co workers. 3 people are just standing around and there is a line yet you can't go help at the register where there is only 1 person and a floor full of people restocking items. Great job Zara. Great job! read more

Horrible management. I've been waiting in line in the men's section for 40 minutes and the line is out the door. Plus the fitting room isn't even open so I don't know that I won't have to come back to return this clothing. This is Saturday afternoon, prime time for them and they have virtually no staff here. One guy at the checkout. One lady wandering around collecting hangers instead of opening another cash register. This is among the worst shopping experiences I have ever had. Open your eyes and look at the line!! read more

If I could leave a 0 star review I would! Don't tell me to wear my mask properly if your staff can't wear their masks over their nose!!! Next super rude for staff to speak a different language in front of customers!!! Waited in line for 30 min with one person in front of us! After that I avoided the point that employees were rude I gave the cashier the benefit of the doubt and tried to be nice, said HELLO HOWS YOUR DAY and didn't get nothing back! Asked a question and was also ignored!!!! Worst service ever! if fitting rooms are closed what's the point of the store being opened!!! Lastly if crap doesn't fit all in one bag don't be greedy you can use another bag! Get it together ZARA!!!!!! read more

Great sale but waiting to purchase was ridiculous. One cashier and a line out the door.

Time and time again have the worst experiences here. Just as others have said in their review, they do not ever answer their phone and the lines are obscenely long. There will be staff members chatting with each other elsewhere in the store and one person who seems to be working in slow motion at the register. The ginger man with red hair should never work a customer service job. Extremely rude. Yesterday they denied entrance over 30 minutes before the store closed because 'their line was too long and they wouldn't get out of there until 10 to 15 minutes after close'. Are you joking? You won't let people in when you are open because you don't want to work late? read more

I love Zara for their sales. Clothes selection are good quality and stylish. It could get pretty messy especially during sales and that's understandable. Knocked down 2 stars for my experience last night. The queue was long and they only had 2 cashiers in women's section. Let me tell you, they were moving like sloths. As I got closer, I saw that as the guy was ringing up a lady, the lady apparently didn't want a few shirts and so he proceeded to hang up the shirts in the slowest speed. I've worked in retail before and I swear, I could move faster than him. They really need to train their staff to work more efficiently. Just saying. read more

The clothes are fine but this is the worst Zara store I've ever been in. The dressing rooms are closed and the line to pay is always ridiculously long.
