I came here today with my bf, he wanted to buy some jeans. When we walked in, we walked passed the bald headed ass security guard (hopefully you see this) who was standing by the entrance. As we went back towards the mens section, to look around for jeans, not even 5 minutes went by and guess who followed us? The security guard. He made it obvious he was following me by pretending to fix things, and look on racks which were all by me. He only left once I started making direct contact, and eventually spoke up to where he could know I was aware of him following me. Being a young black female and being stereotyped while browsing. made me really disappointed in Zara and they lame bald headed ass security guard. Absolute worst Zara store I've ever been to. The store is so poorly run. Waiting 20 minutes to pick up an online order is unacceptable and an excuse of "I'm slow, they shouldn't ask me to do work." is atrocious. The dressing room has clothes everywhere and I only saw one employee actually working hard. I have no idea how this store is still up and running. I received a top for Christmas that was too small and when I tried to exchange it for another item that fit, I was told they could only give me another size of the same shirt, (which also did not fit) or I could call customer service. Zara @ Lenox mall has always a huge wait line at all cashiers. Staff has an attitude and is not friendly same as their customer support. Their price match or price adjustment policy is NO! Quality of most merchandise is mediocre. I tried to buy their products several time to end up returning most for poor quality. Zara thanks but no thanks. This store needs a customer service tune-up ASAP. The staff have zero personality. They will acknowledge your presence & give you a scripted robotic-type hi/response only if you say something first or ask a question. For this store to sell trendy clothes they're staff have no customer service swag. They have security that are very present. This store wants to be highend so badly, but lack the class & staff customer service training. I grew up and still consider TJ Maxx my top store to shop. So I have a PhD in browsing the racks. I rarely do mall shopping, but ordered a sale item online & had it delivered to this location for free pick-up. This Zara store looks dysfunctional. No order. To be in Lenox, it looks a hott mess. There was only one checkout open on a Saturday morning. Pros: The dressing rooms were spacious and neat. My mail order was ready and available at the Men's checkout & I was told I did not have to wait in line. They had a good selection of business pants suits. The store is easy to find & located on the 4th level near Neiman Marcus. The Zara Lenox location gives a bad rap for Zara. My advice to customers who like Zara's clothes is to order online & have items delivered to your home if you know your size. I can't believe Zara headquarters has not held this store accountable & stepped-in to turn it around! Attention is needed immediately along with an effective customer service training. read more

ZARA is the only place where i can find clothes like in italy.. colorful, custom fit, fashionable.. Usally i can't find a lot of colorful sweaters (and i like them!) in other shops, but i can in ZARA! We have this shop also in Italy and it's pretty the same. I have been trying to call the Lenox Sq Zara for 2 days to find out if they have an item that the online availability check said they had. I'm in TX and I have Friends that live in Atlanta and I wanted them to go and pick up the item if it was indeed on hand but I have called over 30 times in the last two days and the phone is constantly busy. I called again last night close to closing and the phone just rang and rang. That is very bad customer service if the store is removing the phone off the hook during the day and not assisting customers by the phone very very sad read more

Always been a fan of Zara. Imagine if H&M had an older sister. Both have similar styles and can borrow clothes from each other, but you know that the older one has had a bit more experience and knows that is more about quality of pieces vs quantity. That aspect is where Zara trumps H&M Price points are a bit higher and rarely do they have sales, so know that you may be paying a bit more than your other "fast fashion" shops. This store has a lot of great items in stock, but they do make it difficult to find everything you want. Anytime I come here, I end up surveying the entire men's side to find other similar style clothes (ie a mannequin head highlighting winter wear could potentially be no where near the winter accessories, or they only have what's on the mannequin). That can be a bit discouraging, especially when you're trying to find something on their lookbook and realize they don't carry any of it in store. Sigh, Zara, you're good, but so damn difficult at times, just like a real older sister. read more

Zara is one of my best discoveries yet. I know I didn't DISCOVER Zara (many have been before me, many will come after me), but it was a new experience for moi. I ventured in today expecting to find a sister store to H&M, Forever 21 and Old Navy, but was pleasantly surprised. Yes, they have the basics. Yes, they have the trendy. But wait, they have cute shoes too! And, the fabric is quality! These garments will not fall apart after two washes--I give them 20 washes (using Tide Total Care), but nonetheless, quali-tee. I also like that Zara clothes skewed more grown up than competitors. I got a really cute pair of "work pants" (read: not jeans, cargos or yoga pants), and a great short-sleeved work top. All my items were on sale and cost $43 total--including tax! And now for the sorta bad news: Zara is really hard to find. It's at Lenox, in the Neiman Marcus wing, but where? Go up the escalator, dead-end at Calvin Kline, walk around said escalator, head straight past the Neiman window display and it's the second store on the left. Got that? Don't get lost. I feel bad for the store in that regard; it's not their fault they leased a crappy space. Or is it? At any rate, Zara is worth the visit! read more

This is one of the BEST clothing stores I have encountered in quite sometime just to let ya know! Zara is my work gear, weekend gear; all around gear...you name it! We have Zara's in DC as well, and I shop here spending $400 easy on clothing that is well worth it. Dressy tops that you can rock with denim jeans a peep-toe shoe and your girl is happy! I love the FALL collection! Can't wait til the fall....The selection of styles from light wool blazers to pleasant tops that go great underneath for that amazing appeal look....got ya love it. There jackets are amazing...I love there style of jackets that can accent any wardrobe to give you that sleek look. The men clothes are hott...I love to see a man in a vintage T's that Zara has to offer with a vest to accent the denim jeans and give it that more sophisticated look! Prices are between mid-high but worth to check out... read more

*sigh* I heart some Zara! It's what I like to call the more upscale H&M but with the edge that fits more my style! I enjoy that the clothes are a bit more fitted and yes, this is another place where its A-OK to get a size larger than what you normally where because the cuts are tiny. My favorite items are the dress clothes...the pants are to die for! I tend to wish winter was every 12 months with the jackets and coats they have. All of them are very fashionable and I am a huge fan of 3/4 length jackets. (Everyone should have at least one!) Looking forward to more foreign stores to hit the US market! read more

Whew, chile. Where do I begin? I live downtown so this happens to be the closest Zara to me and because of that, I unfortunately visit this store often. EVERY SINGLE VISIT, customer service here is laughable; it's literally non-existent. Nobody engages or knows how to say "hi" and "thank you" and as a matter of fact, act like they're doing YOU a favor by being there. The manager has had to assist me several times (to no avail) and has the stankest, "i don't give a f*ck" attitude and almost always refuses to help. And, I'm not sure why but she always has this filthy white tee shirt on and it's completely distracting. Nobody wants to be there (I suppose I can understand that) but you still must represent the Zara brand well and they DO NOT. They recently enacted a new policy where you have to buy your own bags (I really need to buy a bag with $200+ purchases, eh?) and I asked them why there was no advertisement of this new policy before the register as there is no way in hell I would have carried around and sat in a 60 minute line with 8 items, had I known this in advance. It's the principal of it all and is such a cheap and tacky policy. The chic stared at me before giving me the lousiest shoulder hunch to say "she didn't know" or "just didn't care". I demanded management to come over because I asked you a legitimate question and you will provide an answer! Again, management came over and provided the same general sentiments with absolutely NO care and sauntered off with an attitude. Then, the dang cashier left my items on the counter without bagging them, talking about "she was about to quit". Honey, you wanting to quit this job has nothing to do with me-- I'm sure your attitude sucks in any predicament that you come across. Anywho, I actually liked most of the merchandise but after that fiasco, I ended up returning all of this $300+ purchase just because I didn't appreciate the treatment and won't be returning anytime soon. Corporate should step in here as this is a pretty popular location and needs severe help in all areas. read more

I was so happy when we finally got a Zara in Atlanta! You cannot find this quality anywhere for these prices. H&M prices with Liz Claiborne quality. The styles are trendy, but classic, so I won't look like a fashion fool wearing last season's purchases. I love that they sell their products (shoes, perfume, etc.) with minimal packaging (good for the environment!) and I always find something I want. I have to say that this is the worst Zara store I have ever seen/visited. I have been a couple of times there and especially my wife likes Zara and shops online a lot at Zara. The problem at this store is there staff - they are unfriendly and not helpful at all. So for example you ask if they have this size available and they always say instantly: "No only what you can see." For sure when you search long enough you can find it often by yourself. Last Saturday there was one dress my wife would like to try and they had only one on display left. When she asked if she could try this one, also again: "No I can't give you this." It would have taken them one minute to give her the dress - and why do they have something on display in the middle of the store, what you can't actually? I could continue this for hours now!!! But for sure there is never a manager there where you could complain - maybe this is the reason why they are not helpful at all. The whole store is messy and the fluctuation of the employees seems to be high. So at all a mismanaged store, with employees who don't care about customers in a top location at Lenox with plenty of very good other choices to spend your dollars. We will not go back again after all this frustrating shopping experiences with Zara. read more

Zara is one of my favorite place to shop for trendy clothes. I always find something that you won't usually get at other places for relatively cheaper price(not dirt cheap). Also don't forget to check out their Sales racks for further discounts. I especially like Zara at Lenox mall because it's bigger and usually well kept. But at the same time, they don't have good stuff consistently all year mostly because they run out of stocks very fast. It's cruel when you see some clothes you like but only not available in your size! So it's something you have to go, see and be surprised. Also, be careful that most of their clothes have European sizes written prominently(European sizes are generally smaller than US sizes). They do have conversions on each but it's easy to miss it. So I recommend trying before buying one. read more

This store is OK for me. I didn't love it nor did I hate it. There are some things I really like but I was not able to not compare it to Zara stores in which I have shopped in Europe, and it is very different from those. The selection is much smaller and the clothes here look cheaper. Actually, they do cost less, too, but I wish it had more of the more polished-looking items that I have seen in other stores. With that said, they do have some nice items at how prices here and they have some pretty good sales, too. I left with nothing but I was very close to buying several things. Had I been more awake and ready to shop, I probably would have bought them. And yes, I did have to go a size higher on everything I tried on but my poor ego survived in tact. I will continue to check this store out because maybe they will start to stock more of what I liked at other Zara stores. If you haven't been here, it's definitely worth checking it out. read more

I love Zara, this location is physically the closest to me, and after visiting, I'll just stick to shopping online. The customer service here is non-existent. Usually the dressing rooms are a mess. Don't bother asking for help, just help yourself honestly. The worst thing about this specific location is their lack of stocks. You really are better off just shopping online. Ive been a fan of Zara since 2005ish when I lived in Northern Cal and I was so disappointed when I found out there wasn't one here in Atlanta. Soon after Zara appeared in Lennox and all was well again. This is the best inexpensive store ever. My style is more Euro/Jackie O than anything and now Zara makes it all worthwhile to go to Lennox. The sales are incredible and there you can always find something cute for a night out , a dinner date, or just a casual hip outfit for work. Also if you wear a 6.5 or 7 size shoe you can walk out of there with a cute pair of pumps or sandals practically for free! In an attempt to minimize, I have banned myself from going into Zara although I had a slight slip up the other day. read more

I recently discovered this fabulous store. I know, I know.. under a rock I guess :/ But I simply loves it! Found a fabu lil black dress here for my birthday that had my date melting in his seat Pulp Fiction style. Onto the service... hmmm Ok I guess. Sometimes you get someone kind enough to want to start you a fitting room (usually a guy) but then their are those awkward moments when the associates are bickering amongst themselves in front of customers.. I've been shopping at European and Asian Zaras since I was in highschool. This place is so cool yet very affordable. A recent purchase in Orlando (Dec 08) included a 100% wool coat for a mere $60. Can't beat that. They also have the best fitting tailored pants. As short as I am, their pants make me look taller. And their $20 sweaters are very versatile -- layered or by itself; dressed down or up. Zara is my go-to place for when I need to look proper but don't need to break the bank. read more

I like Zara - but the Atlanta store just doesn't seem to carry as many pieces as their stores in New York (which in no way compare to the stores in France and Spain) so I only give three stars. I recently shopped your store in Atlanta at Lenox Mall. Besides my birthday, the sole purpose was to come and shop at Zara because we do not have a Zara in St. Louis. I found the amazing pair of flat studded sandal in the nude color, which feel like Im walking on air! Absolutely love them!! I purchased them for $79.90. Days later at the airport I looked online and saw that the sandals where on sale for $49.99! I called the store and they said they are unable to do price adjustments but I can return them and buy them back at the sale price. This makes perfect sense except in live in St. Louis and we do not have a Zara unfortunately. I called the store and they said there is nothing they can do. I think this completely unfair to a customer. So Zara is saying that if I flew back to Atlanta, walked into the store I can return the shoes and buy them back at the store discount price? But there is nothing anyone can do for me because I cant get to a Zara store?? Remind you this price change was only DAYS later, not even a week or months. I do not feel like good customer service is being provided in this situation. read more

Mature - Classy - sophisticated... Decent prices considering the variety you get. Their is at least 5 color options per item. So their crew neck long sleeve will be offered in 5 colors, and then another dress will come with 1 color option. Sometimes I have to hunt around their merchandising to figure out if its around in another color. Found this AMAZING pair of trendy sandals! ZARA is hands down one of my favorite places to shop. They literally have something for every aspect of your lifestyle! Many of their pieces can be transitional from office hours to Happy Hour! The only drawback is they run out of their items quick! I love Zara's clothes, the quality, and it's affordable. But seriously every employee who works at this location is rude, extremely unfriendly, and miserable. I used to work in retail and lower end jobs ... you put a smile on your face and say hi to the customer. You don't even get a whiff of a smile from these bitter employees. They don't even care to try at all. And forget about asking them a question. I only shop at this location because it's so convenient and I've spent a lot of money here, tried to be friendly but alas, I'm always and for years have been greeted with the sourest of faces, like they just ate a bowl of lemons. I might start shopping at another location and put up with the drive just to get decent customer service. One day I might just ask for the manager. This was possibly my worst shopping experience to date at ANY store. First, the line was 11 people long with only ONE register open. Where were the rest of the employees? Oh, behind the register as well. Apparently it took 5-6 employees to count out a register discrepancy (which is something you should do at the end of the day, not during your busiest moment). I just needed to exchange a pair of jeans I had received in the mail. I found better ones and was all set. After 30-45 minutes of waiting in line, I was informed that I could only exchange EXACT items. The cashier went so far as to point out rips and tears in the denim that were different, even though the destruction of the jeans vary from item to item. Overkill. Fine. Not once did he offer to just DO A REFUND AND LET ME BUY THE OTHER JEANS. The obvious route if such an asinine rule is in fact in place. Just, no, we can't do that. I have worked retail at TONS of places, if I had ever treated a customer the way I was treated, I would have been fired on the spot. But no, it was a-ok because they're all chums and have better things to do anyway. He calls over a floor associate to find an EXACT MATCH of the jeans. No system is in place to find them. She goes over to a table and starts scanning EVERY SINGLE PAIR OF JEANS. I'll be there all day if this continues. I'm at the point of literally annihilating every single "employee" in this store. Rude, slow, uneducated, sloppy, inefficient, and did I mention rude? What was once going to be an exchange, possibly one in which I'd wind up spending EVEN MORE MONEY, is now just a return and the promise to never shop at this location or any other Zara location ever again. I spent my money at Topshop instead. That's your competitor right? Lovely store. Had a blast. You know the scene in Pretty Woman where they kick her out of the store? Well Topshop benefited from your BIG MISTAKE. I am far from a person that nitpicks and demands to speak to managers. I generally don't care, and am just as indifferent as you are about your job. I want in and out of a store with as little interaction as possible. This was unacceptable though. A 40 minute wait, the inability to complete what should be a simple task, being too stupid to solve a remarkable simple problem (if you can't exchange, return it you idiot), and the complete disregard for a frequent customer. Oh excuse me, I don't have 6 inch nails and a fake Louis Vuitton bag slung over my arm? Must not be worth the time. If you care more about flipping your crappy weaves and looking cute, then do it on a street corner because that's all the employees at this location are good for. Most of the dressier tops I found ran around 40+ dollars a piece. The also have a mens section that has everything from dress shirts and pants to casual wear. These people are in a "service" industry yet they are oblivious to what CUSTOMER service is. While looking around for more than 45 minutes, I was never greeted or asked if I needed assistance. I wasn't greeted at the register at the time of my purchase. Or even at the end of the transaction. The cashier rudely held a conversation with another coworker the entire time. She only spoke to tell me the amount I owed and that my receipt was in the bag. This was my first, and last time contributing to the hourly wages of Zara @ Lenox Mall employees.
