Fully stocked on items, butttt only had 4 cashiers on a Saturday we did stand in line for a fairly long time, but fortunately the cashiers were all in good spirits and did the best that they could to get the line down and customers out the door. The store was pretty organized and clean for a Saturday. I was able to get what I walked in the store for plus more items. lol a lot of great reasonable prices. I got this really pretty dress for $25! read more

This is probably one of the cleanest Marshalls I have ever been in. They had plenty of Holiday Sweaters as well. Private parking lot and not near the main street. You need to really look for this place. read more

I visited the Marshalls at 3232 Peachtree Rd, Atlanta (Buckhead) on December 23rd. It was the holiday season, so the store was very busy and the lines were long. The most frustrating part was the parking situation. Customers should not have to worry about monitoring parking while shopping, especially during the holidays. There were no clearly visible signs explaining the parking rules. I love Marshalls, but the parking at this location is inconvenient. I can shop at other Marshalls without worrying about getting a parking bill, so I won't be returning to this location. UPDATE 1/20/26 Be aware of 3232 Peachtree Rd parking facility! Today as of 4:55pm I walk to register 6 and there are two men talking, a white older male and an african American older male. They literally look at me and say nothing no hi, no one moment we'll be with you, or even hey someone is going to help you. They literally said noting. So the white male walked away and the other male is still standing there in front of 6 just casually chilling against the counter. Check the cameras. Then simultaneously an older African American woman walks up to the register and so did another man and woman walk behind the registers. Didn't acknowledge me, no hi, no asking if I want to sign up for credit card I see advertised, no did I find everything okay, just proceeded her conversation with other two coworkers that had walked up. Then, when the transaction was done I was so disappointed that I just left my wallet wasn't even in my purse yet before I walked away. I would love to get in contact with corporate to make an even formal complaint thank you. read more

So I've decided to get back into the restaurant biz and start my new job Monday, officially. I had my "shadow shift" yesterday to see if it was a good fit on both sides and since all systems are now go, I have to re-vamp and update my work wardrobe for this kind of thing, once again! Black pants, I did not find at Marshall's so that's left for other shopping. But I did find - once again- great work shoes: a pair of cute, black, rubber soled DKNY slip on, kind-of-tennies, that will be perfect for wearing for hours on my feet. For $29.99. Ok, and I also found an awesome pair of Calvin Klein heels for non-work purposes, too! Good selection as always, especially in the shoe department. I didn't let myself get too distracted by other shiny things since I have a limited budget and needed to focus, but I will check back again soon for black tops and socks . . . Avoid this location!!! The parking lot is a hot spot for car break ins! My trucks rear passenger window was busted out within 5 mins of being in the store. We were the 4th vehicle in the past month. They stole a Nintendo switch that was placed in the arm rest counsel out of sight. The lady that owns the property doesn't want to pay for the proper coverage to keep shoppers safe. I will not give my money to this business now that I'm out $500 for something that could have been avoided. Called the police to make a report and waited 2 hrs. they never showed. read more

I love this Marshalls. It doesn't get a five stars because there is room for improvement in the shoe department. Staff- this is probably the best part of this Marshalls. I have never encountered a snobby or lazy sales person at this Marshalls. They are well staffed, informed, and friendly. Name brands- this is not one of the Marshalls that has the quasi couture section... wait is that tj maxx that does that... i get confused. Anyway but they do have the Marshalls regulars: calvin klein, juicy couture, dereon, j brand, express, 7 for all mankind, guess, baby phat, ed hardy, anne klein, etc. Pricing- Generally pretty good. J Brand jeans running about 35 bucks. Fashionable and soft sweaters for about 25 bucks. Other teenybopper jeans or slacks for 10-20 bucks. Trendy tops for 3-15 bucks. My only complaint would be that clearance is generally off season. I have yet to go in there anytime when it is cold and see a wealth of cold stuff. Cleanliness- right behind the staff, this is one of the more organized Marshalls I have even been too. I have never seen it over run or over wrought. They only thing is that sometimes it is too crowded. I.e. not a lot of spacing between racks. However, even the clearance sections are generally pretty straight. Overall, pretty nice. read more

WELL-STOCKED AND READY TO GO! This is absolutely the largest Marshalls I have visited in the Atlanta area. I was surprised at how well-stocked it is AFTER Christmas. I went with the simple mission of finding a black leather convertible (shoulder strap, cross body option), bag. I need to be able to shop hands-free and I have to be careful of the bag I choose when wearing capes and wraps. Also, I like to know that my leather bag is leather meaning that I don't like leather that is processed to mimic vinyl and I don't like the para-leather bags that have a leather body with a vinyl strap. I want soft supple leather that is designed to last a lifetime, but will not cost me an actual organ. I miss the days when they were simple, plentiful and well made. Today as I was shopping the aftermath of the Christmas cyclone, I actually found two bags that fit my aesthetic and decided to choose the one that had a more secure closure. It is lightweight, spacious and currently not trending! Yes! As I wandered around the store, I noticed that their men's department is just brimming with everything from business suits, to pj's and athletic wear. Normally, the men's department is simply a bone to keep them from feeling jealous of the women's collections. However, in this case, they fully committed. Awesome! Whether you are interested in holiday decor, housewares, kitchen gadgets, jewelry or cosmetics they still have plenty of inventory. Also, this is a great time to stock up on Christmas wrapping paper. If you purchase the simple metallic options, you can use them year-round for a variety of occasions. They usually have the heavy-weight rolls which are great quality and cut like a dream! The Marshalls, TJMaxx, HomeGoods ,etc network has a shameful return without receipt policy after Christmas. I fully understand the reason for the policy to prevent fraud, theft, etc. and for that reason any purchases I make, I am sure to keep the receipt if there is a possibility for return. My complaint is specifically about "gift returns" after Christmas. I received three gifts (1 from TJMaxx and 2 from Marshalls) that I wanted to exchange for something else. Because I had made the TJMaxx return they would only accept 1 item from Marshalls as they have a 2 item without a receipt limit. In addition they put a flag on me personally to not be able to return anything without a receipt for 180 days!!!!! AND at that point I wouldn't be able to return the third item at all!!. This isn't going to hurt me because I always have a receipt for my purchases but I wrote my letter of complaint/concern to the company and received a very unapologetic response that basically said "the policy is posted and deal with it". My attempt to make a "gift return" is now going to punish ME for doing so. They have about 6 stores under this one umbrella and some company they use tracks any returns made to one of the six and limits you to 2. If they had the least bit of concern about their customers satisfaction, they could come up with some type of policy adjustment for RETURNS AFTER CHRISTMAS. They have already made it clear that they don't care but I want to warn you - as customers- to BEWARE of the insensitive culture of these stores. read more

** The best Marshalls in Atlanta*** I have been to many of the other Marshalls in the Atlanta metro area and this one never disappoints. I am the self proclaimed unofficial discount and deal finder and I have found some of my most amazing finds as of late at this location. Ladies, do you know when you are out shopping and you find an amazing piece and before you turn over the tag deep down you know it's out of your price range. Well fortunately for me, it almost never happens here. I got the most amazing romper for $20 in the Spring and it has quickly become one of my favorite summer pieces. For the ladies who don't mind spending more than me, this location usually has some amazing designer handbags. There were several cute discounted YSL bags in the front of the store on my last visit. This is indeed a very good Marshall's, however, what keeps it from being the best in my opinion is it's tendency to be hit or miss. Yes, this location does have the most name brand items than any other Marshall's in the metro Atlanta area. Their shoes are particularly worth mentioning because they will carry styles that no other store will carry. But as with true discount stores, this location falls victim to the hit or miss syndrome. When they have great merchandise and got a good shipment, it feels like Christmas (or insert you holiday of choice) morning. Lately, their shipments haven't been too hot because I've been constantly disappointed. I would actually say the Brookhaven Marshall's gives this one a run for its money only because the Brookhaven store is more consistent with their merchandise. read more

It's a hit or miss with this store. Sometimes they have some AWESOME finds, and sometimes they have absolutely nothing. The first things I usually look for are shoes/boots, makeup and skincare products, and then I move on to their clothing. My only complaint was that the last time I went, none of the hangers with the "sizes" on top matched the size of the clothing on them... and that was VERY frustrating. read more

I totally love this Marshalls!!! I shop there regularly instead of the mall. I love the fact that is quite organized in comparison to other marshalls. Additionally, the variety of styles and sizes are great weather is for women, men and children. My last trip there I brought some friends from Tampa and they loved it they shopped for their trip to Iceland and were very impressed with the quality and variety of the store. Also the shoe department in these store is larger than others which I LOVE even though I try to stay away to avoid going broke lol. I highly recommend this location the only con is the checkout lines could be a little long on the weekends. read more

This is a great Marshalls. It is a bit on the small side but I have never left empty-handed. Women's clothing selection is stellar. There are so many things I never have enough time to get to that I frustrate myself. TONS of workout wear, decent lingerie section and the casual wear section is loaded with goodies. The shoe section is full of high-end shoes but the selection is on the small side. There are more socks than you could wear in a lifetime, a small-ish handbag section, bigger home section, and a tiny clearance area. That clearance area, however, backs up to a worthwhile beauty/bath section. Love it. The dressing rooms are clean and lots of them so there is almost always one open. Beware of The Keeper Of The Rooms. I can only imagine that she was born in a bad mood. Be prepared for a long line full of impulse inventory. From food to spa products, if you have a weakness for it, it is in the checkout line. I am serious. It is downright dangerous. Overall a great store that I go to as often as I can. Friendly staff (except in the dressing rooms. See above) and prices that are far too hard to walk away from. Oh and if you just can't afford it today AND you can't walk away, they have layaway! P.S. I walked out today with a pair of running shoes for $32. I had been considering them online at the manufacturers site for $79. I also found and tried on a bra that is currently for sale at Nordy's for 65 bucks. What was the price at Marshalls, you ask? Why, it was TEN DOLLARS. Normally love this store and there are some great finds. Holiday season has barely started though and the staff tonight were already extremely put out with customers (...and each other). I get that last minute customers are the bane of everyone's existence but when I am that person good customer service usually covers up the utter disgust an employee truly feels about me. It's not even Black Friday and tonight's customer service is already not as important as locking up. Disappointing.. especially when this is supposed to be such a joyful time of year! There was one lady behind the register who was Marshall's saving grace tonight - I believe her name was Rachel (?). She kept a smile on her face and was pleasant and gracious despite her wanting to get through closing and get home herself. Im not sure whether she just has that spark or she gave a little extra to try to make up for her coworkers but either way it was greatly appreciated and I hope Marshall's recognizes employees like her because she's the kind of employee everyone needs during this hectic season. read more

This is my favorite Marshall to go to for everything! I typically go here after getting my lashes done around the corner. I literally spend maybe two or more hours here just so I can go through every aisle to find any sale items or if there was any misplaced items. You will always find the best deals here! I mainly go if there is something that I see at one Marshall's that is not in my size or if I am looking for something in particular that I couldn't find at the other store. This store has a good selection of merchandise, but the checkout line can be really really long! Today there are about 30 people in line at 3:30 in the afternoon on a weekday with one person checking out customers. When I mentioned to the store manager that the lines were extremely long, her response was "mmm hmm". , no thank you for waiting or yes we're trying to do move the lines along faster. Let me start by saying I love shopping at Marshals, and shop the stores around Atlanta often. Ivisited this store and tried on several outfits in the dressing room, the floor was filthy, and I'm no germiphobe, (I work on an airplane) This floor was really dirty lots of dust, stickers, and large wads of dust and hair, as if it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I mentioned nicely to the employee at the dressing check stop that she could let them know the floors needed to be swept, and she said "it's our customer's fault." I went to explain that to the manager who was up front. He was looking down at some paperwork, and said without looking up from his book that he would be with me in just a minute.I waited a minute, and then left the store without the manager so much as looking up at me. I will never go to the store again, and it's put a bad taste in my mind towards all Marshals stores. I feel like contacting the health dept.
