When I was finally helped, I told the associate I wanted to try on the trousers that I selected in the changing room. After trying on the pants, they were far too small and I noticed there were three different sizes on the pant labeling. Again, I had to pretend like I was lost to get help about the issue from a separate sales person. To his credit, my sales associate remedied the issue by presenting me with another pair of trousers...with the exact same issue. It was at that moment that I realized all the clothes were missized and mislabeled. Again, I pretended to be lost inside the fitting room as other associates helped their guests, and I was finally helped by my assigned sales associate after an additional 10 minutes had passed by (he even admitted he forgot that I was even in the store)... To top it off, the "in-house tailors" said that they could not even add a hem to the trousers I selected within their store. I've purchased several suits from this SuitSupply location. Sadly, it sounds like I won't be returning.

The staff seems to be centered around customer care . My hubby and I were acknowledged the moment we walked through the door . We signed in at the front counter where we met Clarke . She offered assistance with choosing two suits and she took the measurements for a custom fit . I loved the in-house tailoring. You actually couldn't miss the tailor located directly in window . A great selling point for the company. While hubby tried on a few suits , Clarke offered me something to drink . Which I thought was a nice touch. I won't spoil it for you. You'll have to go check it out ! The boutique layout was really nice. If you can't find a suit there , I don't know what to tell you, because the options were pretty good . I won't know how well they withstand the constant wear until he's had them a while, but they look very nice on after alterations were completed. The lines of communication were awesome by text messages and via email. The parking lot is a bit congested, but it's ample space for the shops in that area . As long as they continue to put customers first, we'll be back .

The experience felt closer to a used car dealership than a Bespoke Tailor experience you see in movies. Nine weeks after being fitted I was texted to come in and try on my suit. It needed adjustments so it was another 4-5 weeks to pick up my suit. No text this time... I had to call and see if the suit was ready. The suit is nice but I'm struggling to view this purchase as worth the hassle. Honestly, I'd rather have four or five good suits off the rack than one suit for this price. I am likely to purchase another MTM suit but my next purchase will be at Guffey's or another option. HKT missed an opportunity here to capture my repeat business.

The chemistry is palpable, and it almost feels as though the two of you are already dating! Meeting up is just going to be a formality! And then the big day comes.... and all of that excitement vanishes the moment you meet up. Somehow there is no chemistry... and the conversation falls flat. That's how I felt after my first encounter with UNTUCKiT! I'm a guy that loves to wear my shirts untucked. And apparently this is what this store specializes in... shirts that look great untucked. I've seen countless commercials advertising this store, and have always imagined shopping nirvana when the two of us met. I thought this would be a match made in heaven! I could almost hear the dramatic music playing as I excitedly approached the store. I had fantasized about this moment every time I saw a commercial. This would be my new "go to" store! I was so excited to learn that they had just opened at Lenox Mall!! I wish this love story had a good ending. But the honeymoon abruptly ended the moment I began trying on shirts, and it all came crashing down. Surely there had been some kind of mistake. These shirts did not look good untucked!! How could it be??? The universe was playing a horrible trick on me! In the end, I was only able to find one shirt that looked good untucked. Not a good batting average for a store that is supposed to specialize in shirts that look good untucked. In all fairness, there wasn't a huge inventory and they are planning on getting more in stock in the future. In addition, I saw some shorter clients that fared better than me. Clearly the results vary from person to person. The store is located on the top floor near the Apple Store. They sell both men and women's clothing. I'm not ready to give up on the dream just yet, and will definitely check this place out again in the future. I'm hoping that a larger inventory will yield better results. For now, I'm going to give them three stars and hope for the best. I'm hoping this love story will still have a happy ending.

In general, she says she always finds something that's good quality and a good value, and customer service is good. She described Nordstrom Rack as, "like a higher-end T.J. Maxx." Some examples of items she's purchased here include Stuart Weitzman shoes (her wedding shoes; they're beautiful), Madewell sweaters and T-shirts (lots of T-shirts), a French Connection sweater, a Theory dress (one of my favorites; she's worn it to my company's holiday party and to one of her company's events), and NEST New York scented candles (they smell good). Another reason she likes Nordstrom Rack is because she can return both Nordstrom Rack and regular Nordstrom items. Convenient. During our last visit, employee Marquis was fantastic. At checkout, my wife didn't know her Nordstrom credit card expired. Marquis got her on the phone with someone who helped her take care of everything. She was still able to get her Nordy Club points and Notes (loyalty rewards). This Nordstrom Rack is located in Buckhead, just off Georgia 400 Exit 2, near Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza. It's in Buckhead Station, a two-story shopping center. On the weekends, Buckhead Station gets crowded and there are longer lines at Nordstrom Rack. During peak times, I suggest parking on the lower level where there is plenty of parking and no congestion. This Nordstrom Rack opened in 2010. It's the only Nordstrom Rack inside the perimeter.

This location is a little bit overstuffed. It's sort of hard to get around and see things. Just…read moremessy and a bit overstimulating. I do find some gems occasionally but you have to sort of hunker down and dig in almost like your thrifting. Also the parking lot is very difficult just a heads up.

They also have their own house brand of shirts and pants that are moderately priced. Service has always been top notch, and they have always offered me a beer, you can't beat that. Give these guys a look if you are in the market for some new clothes, shoes, or a unique gift.

The staff was so unhelpful, one guy asked me "uhhh like what do you mean,Ike matching pants and jacket?" (I can't make this up....) and his coworker buddy says "I don't know, let me see if someone else knows" so they found another colleague who doesn't look fresh out of undergrad and he just points to a wall and says "you can check over there". We were there for about 30 minutes, not once were we asked if we were finding everything ok, wanted to start a room, anything. Completely disregarded and we were ready to buy at least a suit, some shirts and a few ties. The store was not busy, the only other customers I saw were two women in the clearance section. I was very disappointed. I've always had a good experience at Brooks Brothers and often have purchased gifts for the men in my life there. This location was messy, and did not meet their customer experience standard. With the price point of their items, nobody should be spending their money at this location where the staff is incapable of acknowledging the customers.
