Every time I come here I get great service and they're always helpful. They have a good amount of selection to choose from and the value is reasonable. I know prices went up, but it's still not bad. I have the phone case, camera protector, and screen protector. I'm super clumsy and I definitely need all of them. I replace my screen with no issues. I've seen some reviews about when you go and get a screen replaced it's not free. I've been going to Zagg since the very beginning and I was told that since the first day. Before it used to be like $5 or something like that. Anyways, I don't mind spending $ once to then continue to get a replacement at less than 1/2 the price. Replaced my iPhone screen protector and not even a week it cracked with no issues and brought it back to them but they said they will charge me to replace it. And seems to be they make it not as durable before. Called when I arrived at Willowbrook bc I didn't know, the specific location of the kiosk in the mall...the gentleman who answered the phone was professional & courteous. I arrived, he was helping ppl who had arrived prior to me, he was working alone & got everyone taken care of expeditiously, with a smile on his face. I've gone to the Zagg kiosk several times over the last several yrs at the Garden State Plaza & the employees have always seemed miserable & as if you were bothering them to have them do their jobs....this was a really pleasant change, I'll drive far out of my way to go to Willowbrook in the future. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! i like the protection you get by paying over $60 for the cover on my phone which i thought it was a 100% guarantee. What they don't tell you but it is on the box in very small print is that you have to pay $10 for each time you return with a crack on the cover. Since you pay and the box is not smoothing you see if you have it done at the Kiosk they should tell you that the guarantee is not 100%. You will pay for repairs. read more

This place is a rip-off. No one tells you that you need to bring your old BROKEN screen protector back in order to get a new one for the discount. MY screen protector was shattered and slicing my thumb up. I had to throw it away and couldn't bring it back if I wanted to. As a "courtesy" they'll give you 50% off the first time but then you're still paying $20 for a piece of sticky glass that you've already invested in. And then they argue with you because they "think" they told you 2 years ago when you initially bought the product. DO NOT give your business to these shady guys who work in the middle of a mall hallway - clearly have no lives and enjoy scamming people out of their money. The staff at this kiosk are fantastic. Every time I visit the ZAGG booth they're kind, helpful and a pleasure to work with. And, the ZAGG line of screen protectors are second to none. They've saved my phones, tablet and now watch from screen cracks and scratches countless times. But what really sets ZAGG apart from the likes of Best Buy and other retailers is how well they install the screen protectors at the booth. They do this and only this all day long and it shows. BIGGEST SCAM! I purchased HDX for IPhone 6 online. The glue side had no glue and took it to the kiosk. They put a generic, I believe it was cheaper Original version and charged me $7. The bubbles start to form and the corner was peeling soon after. I took another trip to the mall just to find out I have to pay another $7 to replace it. I asked if I can put it on myself and was promptly told no! The shipping cost would be the same was an explanation. So, let's do some simple math, $24 for the purchase, $7 for a return (for an inferior product), and another $7 to pay for their "professional installment" mistake That equals $38! I think this is the biggest scam ever! Sell a junk, sort of guarantee to replace, charge again every time their product fails! Shame on you Zagg. read more

Bought the screen protector for my phone on 10/1. On 10/15 the thing starts to curl up and gets progressively worse. Now I live an hour away, so getting there is rough. I'm thinking "It's under warranty. No problem!" Wanna bet? Went there today and its $10 every time it needs replacing. The "warranty" is only for 2 weeks. Sure. The guy was nice. I got a screen protector here a little less than a year ago I paid 40 bucks for the best quality they had. I recently dropped my phone and broke the screen protector. I spoke to a associate named JOEL who was rude and didn't care about helping me. He refused to look me up in the system all he kept saying was it wasn't his protector over and over again. He the. Began to accuse me of purchasing an after market protector and telling me there is nothing he can do. He refused to tell me manager name and instead gave me a general card with zag email. Buyer Beware. On Jan 13, 2015 I took my brand new Iphone 6 plus and purchased from him the Glass shield and a phone cover. Phone dropped, glass shattered, the only thing on my cell was a cheap plastic thin flimsy cover!! I went back to him in person, showed him the phone, all he said was you have no phone cover on there, I said Exactly, where is the glass you put on it? He had absolutely no reply or to explain what possibly could have happened. The only conclusion here is, he never applied the glass shield that I paid for to begin with!
