Came in to get my rear phone panel glass replaced and nothing else some time ago, and when I got my phone back there was no Apple logo on the back as well as the more pressing issue of neither of my cameras working anymore. My front facing camera had a non working auto focus, and Face ID was inoperable as a result, and my rear camera lost its ultra wide lense and also no longer could auto focus or function at all, often just being a black screen with the message "non genuine part". So whatever parts they're using are non Apple and your system will realize that, which will also void any assistance from Apple. When I called them to tell them that, they tried to tell me they didn't do anything to the camera that "doesn't make sense", to which I was like.... Okay, I gave you a phone with a working camera, paid almost 300$, and then got a phone back with no working camera which I need for my job. It took a lot of back and forth to even get them to fix it again and to explain I did not wanna be charged 2x for a repair that broke my phone further. They then fixed it again, only for the part to fail again a couple weeks later and work wildly inconsistently. And now my camera is entirely inoperable and I just have to go get the entire phone replaced because it's now affecting other parts of my phones optimization. For the amount of money I paid, or honestly any money at all, that should not be happening in any shape or form and is incredibly frustrating. Looking back I probably should've listened to the other 1-2 star reviews. Save your money, and go either directly to your phone or mobile service provider and have them do it. read more

Joel, the young man that helped me was extremely helpful and a delight to work with. Like any good sales person Joel was trying to upsell me on a new product that Zagg just put out. I was joking around with him telling him it was "there was no chance of that". Joel also asked me if I wanted my phone Cleaned and told me there was a $10 charge which I was fine with. I was joking around with him telling him that "it be better be the "Cinderella Clean" meaning that he better scrub the heck out of my phone. His manager chimed in scolding and humiliating me in front of other customers. He proceeded to say I was being disrespectful. Of course, I was completely taken back by his comment. He was unprofessional and his remarks were inappropriate. unfortunately, if I need to get another replacement for Zagg I will look elsewhere in the future read more

I had an Apple 15 pro with a cracked scree. They said they had the correct screen for the repair. The cost would be 314.00 total. And included a one year free replacement if I cracked it again. All I needed to do was fill out a warranty on line. I did so and immediately my inbox was hit with sells adds that wouldn't stop. Each one would tell me that my phone warranty was predicated on me providing one mote piece of information. The next issue was my phone alerting me that the new 314.00 screen was not recognize by the phone because it was not an apple component. It didn't function correctly. It was not responding to touch and very difficult to see in daylight. The saga continues. Bottom line they told me they had the correct replacement screen but never disclosed that it wasn't the correct apple part. Theit dishonest behavior cost me a significant amount of time and frustration not to mention more money to rectify the problen. Went there today to have new screen protectors put on 2 IP 11. Was in and out in about 10 minutes.

Really disappointed. Spent 50 + dollars for a screen protector because of their "incredible" replacement policy when they break. Anyways. Broke my screen protector when I was away for a bit and put an old one I had on so I didn't cut my finger in the meantime. When I got back, I took it in and they refused to put the a new one on for the agreed upon $12, said I had to have the old one on it still. Just another crooked warranty with a misleading fine print exception. Hoped they were better, they're just not!! read more

I have been a ZAGG customer for about 10 years. When my glass screen protector would break I would contact ZAGG corporate and they would send me a new one in the mail. It was easy. When I moved to St. George, I was excited to have a ZAGG store just around the corner. A few months ago, my phone got run over by a rock truck, and was destroyed. In the process my screen protector came off the phone. Because I did not pick it up and bring it back to the ZAGG store, they told me they would not honor the replacement contract, and I would need to pay $50 for a new contract. I called corporate ZAGG and they sent me one in the mail no questions asked. Just broke another phone, and upgraded to a new phone, but still had my broken screen protector. The St George ZAGG store is asking for a new contract, another $50. While I've been satisfied with ZAGG corporate, I am not a big fan of the service that I get from this particular St George ZAGG store. I would not recommend it. I'm going to Verizon to get my screen protectors. read more
