I was joking around with him telling him it was "there was no chance of that". Joel also asked me if I wanted my phone Cleaned and told me there was a $10 charge which I was fine with. I was joking around with him telling him that "it be better be the "Cinderella Clean" meaning that he better scrub the heck out of my phone. His manager chimed in scolding and humiliating me in front of other customers. He proceeded to say I was being disrespectful. Of course, I was completely taken back by his comment. Took it home and it wouldn't charge past 1 percent! Went back and asked for my money back and my old battery to be put back in. They trusted and tried another battery...only charged to 1 percent also! I demanded that I get my money refunded and my old battery put back in, which they finally did...but guess what??? It was fine when I first took it in...it just said the battery was degraded ...but now my old battery wouldnt charge past 1 percent!!!! Was devastated because I use my phone 10 hours a day for work!!! Had to spend $1100 for a new phone since they obviously didn't know what they were doing!!!' Don't go there...I learned my lesson.
