I've been a customer at AT&T for well over 15 years. I went into the Bluff Street store today…read morearound 2 pm. It was really crowded and there was only 1 rep available so I decided to come back. I went back around 5. They close at 7. There was I person waiting and 1 being waited on. I decided to wait. I didn't mind waiting for either person that was there before me, even though it took a long time. it was about 6:40 when he was finishing up with the person that was right in front of me. About 10 minutes before that, someone came in and I looked up and he was waiting on them. They had just been there for 10 minutes. I have been there for an hour. and 15 minutes. That was it without saying anything to me at all the whole time I was there, and I know he saw me when I walked in., I decided to leave. I told him when I was leaving that I was next in line and he decided to wait on them. All he said was I'm sorry you think that he would have felt kind of guilty after somebody was waiting there well over an hour and a half that he would pay attention to them but now, so after all this time we've been with AT&T I'm happily moving over to T-Mobile. The customer service at that store on Bluff Street in St. George was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. So, let that be a warning to you.

Said it "wouldn't work in the system because they didn't have the exact one." Didn't even bother trying to try and make it right. Terrible customer service.

T-Mobile in Cedar City is horrible! They send you away and say to call T Mobile…read more T Mobile in Hurricane is a corporate location and Dave Matterson is awesome!!! He was able to resolve my B issue with a phone that had never been sent to me and for which there was no tracking number. He spoke directly with accounts and got the original order canceled re-ordered my new phone, and actually got my phone number transported from Verizon to T-Mobile all in the same visit. He knows his business and what he is doing and how things work. He's terrific. Thank you Dave!

T-Mobile Billing and Transfer of Responsibility Complaint I…read morehave been a T-Mobile customer for approximately six months, and unfortunately my experience has been extremely frustrating. My bill has increased significantly from one billing cycle to another, and despite repeated calls to customer service, I have been unable to get clear, detailed explanations regarding the charges. Instead, I repeatedly receive scripted answers that do not address the questions I am actually asking. Because of these ongoing problems, I ultimately decided to move my service to another provider. Before doing so, I completed a Transfer of Responsibility for three lines to my former partner, while I retained three other lines. The transfer of service was successfully completed. However, approximately two months later, I discovered that although T-Mobile transferred responsibility for the three wireless lines, the associated device/equipment payment obligations were not transferred. At no point during the transfer process was I clearly informed that transferring the lines did not also transfer the financed devices associated with those lines. I received no meaningful warning or explanation that a separate action was required for the equipment. I have now contacted T-Mobile multiple times attempting to correct this issue. During the most recent escalation, my former partner and I participated in a three-way call with T-Mobile. She clearly confirmed that she accepts responsibility for the devices in her possession and is willing to have the remaining equipment balances transferred to her account. T-Mobile requested approximately 72 hours to review the matter. After that review, I was simply told that "the system will not allow the transfer" because too much time has passed. That response is unacceptable. The problem exists because T-Mobile failed to clearly explain during the original Transfer of Responsibility that the service lines and device financing obligations had to be handled separately. Both customers are now asking T-Mobile to correct the situation, and the person who possesses and uses the devices has expressly agreed to assume responsibility for their remaining balances. I am therefore requesting that T-Mobile escalate this matter to someone with sufficient authority to review the original transfer records and calls and manually correct the device responsibility, or provide another reasonable solution that removes the financial responsibility for those transferred devices from my account. A computer system should not be used as an excuse for refusing to correct a problem created by inadequate communication during T-Mobile's own transfer process. I am requesting a written response explaining: Why I was not informed during the Transfer of Responsibility that the device financing agreements would remain on my account. Why the devices cannot now be transferred when both account holders consent to the transfer. What specific T-Mobile policy prevents management from correcting the issue. What resolution T-Mobile is offering so I am not financially responsible for devices and lines that were transferred to another customer. I have made multiple good-faith attempts to resolve this directly with T-Mobile. I am asking for a fair resolution--not simply another statement that "the system won't allow it." If T-Mobile is unwilling to correct the issue, I would like that decision and the applicable policy provided to me in writing so that I can pursue the matter through the appropriate consumer complaint and dispute channels.
