We went in there to find the best pillow top mattress we could feel and find. My better half suffers from fibromyalgia and sleep has always been really hard to come by due to the pain caused by laying down. When we met Jeremy, we quickly stated what we where after and to show us what he has. After we told him what we where after and why, he recommended we don't change our mattress (we bought it 11 months ago). He then guided us to the adjustable power bases located in the showroom. Within the first 15 seconds on laying in the bed, and his demonstration, we instantly felt the change and release of pain. My better half almost fell a sleep instantly with the adjustable base. Not only did Jeremy offer a no pressure sale approach, but he kept in constant contact with me through out the delivery process as well. This type of service is very hard to find, and he offered with no questions asked. Had Jeremy not taken the time to truly help us, we would have spent and wasted money on yet another mattress that wouldn't have worked. The pain in the fibromyalgia has dramatically decreased and now we look forward to pain free sleep every night. I don't even know where to begin first of all I have been sleeping on hospital beds for almost 3 years so when I tried to go back to a regular bed I was really having a hard time getting in and out of bed it was either to high or too low and I was not able to put my head up so I could swing my legs to get in my wheelchair for the day I would basically just slide down and fall on the floor after about a week of trying anything else I could do being my dad already had spent a lot because I moved into an assisted living facility which you have to provide all your own stuff a lady that just moved in about the same time I did had an electrical bed so I tried hers and knew that's what I needed so I called where she got hers and explained the situation mind you I never met any one of the employees but Donnie knew exactly what I needed and what would be best for my situation and on top of it he got it delivered within 1 day and the 2 guys angel and George who helped me stayed to make sure the height was perfect and showed me how to work the bed everything I'm sooo happy I was able to have them assist me before they hurried and just left plus they drove up from Vegas just to deliver it to me again I'm very lucky I was able to find them especially because Donny called where I got my mattress from to make sure this kind would work instead of lying and trying to sell Mr something I didn't need . Old man lost a sale. Shame too because we liked the bed we wanted to buy. This was the second mattress store we went to and the second worst. Worst in the area is discount mattress. Avoid them at all costs. My wife and I need a new bed for health reasons. We're not the type to buy from the first place or buy just because you think you're a good salesman giving us a " deal of a lifetime". I'm old enough to know the tricks and I won't get bullied into buying anything and this old man , Dudley , tried just that. He was nice at first but when we told him were not buying today he turned into the grumpy old man. We found a nice mattress we liked but it was more than we wanted to pay at the time. He claimed to give us all the discounts and this and that and when we asked him for a card to write the info of the mattress on he flat out refused. He said he doesn't hand out information cards. After he said that I just walked away while my wife kept talking to him. I took a picture of the name of the mattress so I had what I wanted. I had zero intentions of going somewhere else to get a mattress but he seemed insistent on getting us to buy today. He was talking about financing and we might not be able to afford it , etc. etc. we could buy 20 mattress sets if we wanted so don't judge a book by its cover just because we look young. Anyway after him flat out refusing to give us an information card we were on our way out. He could sense it and was trying to keep us there to make a sale. He was using some sort of old school tactics that I'm sure work on the older people in st George but I don't care. I don't need to buy from anyone. Treat people that walk in your door like lifelong customers because our word of mouth make or breaks your business especially in this day and age. I wouldn't go back here even if the guy apologized. This store is a rip off, I went in looking to purchase a mattress for me and my fiancé, after trying literally every mattress in the store we decided on one that they were having a special on for Presidents' Day, when purchasing this mattress the store manager Jeremy claims he told me there was no refund or exchange for the mattress, even tho I'm the ad for the sale it claims 120 day satisfaction guarantee. I paid for the mattress and when it arrived I set it up, after setting it up we laid down and wow this mattress sucked, it was nothing like the one we tried in the store. This mattress is so saggy and sunk that we can't even lay on it together wit out rolling in to the middle. It's honestly like they took a 15 year old mattress and re covered it. Extremely upset I had my fiancé call the store. Jeremy was extremely rude and said he told us multiple times there was no refund " which is fine if we had received a mattress like the one we tried". After I called him also, we was aggressive and extremely rude. You would think after spending hundreds they would try to take care of their customers. Jeremy was no help and tried to intimidate us by saying you don't want to start this with me, and he claims he said three times out loud that we couldn't do anything in the case of something being wrong. I then called customer service and talked to traci, and once again she was no help, I told her this mattress was nothing like the one we tried and I was told there was nothing they would do. That I was stuck with this piece of crap. Advice to anyone who wants a mattress. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. These people are cheats and I feel ripped off. read more

Actually thinking about buying another matress for no reason just so I can deal with Donnie and his "big boss" again. Being in the sales/customer service industry I pride myself on my level of customer service.....but was taken by surprise at the level of customer service I achieved......Donnie better be around when the next time comes....hell i would hire him on a personal basis to go shopping with me on major purchases just for the experience lol. I'm far from impressed. I'm not sure what I did to deserve to be treated how I've been, but I will never buy from these guys again, and will steer everyone I know AWAY from them when they need a new bed. I purchased a set from Best Mattress on Red Cliffs Drive. The first night, it was not comfortable and had some weird sagging. Warranty guys came out, noticed a problem with the box springs. Best Mattress voided my warranty and said I clearly caused the damage. Not true! They said they'd reinstate my warranty if I purchased another box spring from them. I did very reluctantly since I wasn't at fault, but I needed a bed-and had spent now $2000 when normally I buy $700 sets. The mattress was still uncomfortable/sagging in areas, but Best Mattress said because I had already filed a claim (though it didn't go through), I had to wait another year.
