I dont know where to begin. I was in my car with it running because it is 90+ degrees outside and had the A/C running i have 3 small children and i wasnt going to sit in it with no cool air. I was waiting for my grandmother to get there so we can have breakfast next door at bishops, when i had this rude guy saying hes the store manager come out and ask if i was going to be here for awhile with my car running i said no im just waiting for my grandmother to get here then going into bishops well not even 5 minutes later he comes back out taking pictures of my license plate and my car, I got out of my car and approached him and asked why he was taking pictures of my car and license plate he said for his records and that i need to turn my car off because fumes are going into the store i didnt smell any fumes what so ever the guy was being very rude calling me psycho and cussing at me. I explained to him i have 3 young kids in the car and i am not going to turn my car off so they can get heat stroke he began to still call me names and was calling the owner of the company i told him go for it. I do not give this company even a rating with how the customer service is and how rudely i was treated and how he was cussing and calling me names in front of my small children. I will not recommend anyone to come to this store to buy anything from them. read more

Oh, 'Billy'. We remember you and your wife coming in with your kid very well. Why are you using fake pictures and names with your reviews? As you could see when you walked in, the store was very busy, and we were helping your family and several other customers at the same time. We try to give everyone top-quality customer care and assistance, but when you as a customer are arguing with your wife, fighting over what kind of bed you need, and in a generally bad and grumpy mood, it can be difficult to assess your particular needs. When you stormed out and left, arguing, we were worried about you guys. Aside from your very skewed and erronous review, we are very happy that you ended up finding yourself a bed. Yes, we have seen you posting bad reviews tonight under 5 diffent names and pictures now. If it makes you feel better, carry on. We hope your family disputes end up with a peaceful resolution. Thanks you discount mattress store, I was able to find the mattress i've been eagerly needing to get to help my back after a car accident. Discount mattress provided me with good customer service and good information about mattresses. They also helped me finance my mattress and do it all within about a 15 minute time period. I was able to get approved and walk out the door with only paying the first payment of $50 keeping in mind the market value for this mattress I purchased was at $4,000+ and I got the mattress and the boxspring tables for as low as $1,073. Thank you to the salesman/manager that helped with the whole process. Now tonight I will be able to enjoy some good night sleep on my new therapudic king mattress! I went in to pick up a pillow which I had a gift certificate for. The salesman approached me right away, I did not have to wait for or go looking for someone to help me.The salesman that helped me was very courteous, knowledgeable and kind, he did not treat me any different because I was not a "Paying" customer, he treated me very well even thought I was there to just pick up a free pillow. He explained everything about the pillow to me, the specs the care, etc. He did not rush me out or try to sell me something I did not want or ask for. Next time I'm in the market for a new mattress I'm coming here! The owner was quite friendly and knowledgeable about his inventory. He had a variety of mattresses from high end to reasonable and seemingly everything in between. I received a great education on the mattresses and the even the high end were reasonable compared to another mattress store I shopped at earlier this week. Although the owner was about the sale I never felt like he was pushing for a sale. He was educating me to make an informed decision. I didn't buy a bed but I did get a great memory foam pillow. I had received received a coupon for a free pillow. When I went in, I was greeted immediately in a very friendly manner. The salesman joked around with me and was incredibly friendly and personable. He was out of the pillows that my coupon was for, but he upgraded me for free. He also was very knowledgeable when I asked about mattresses and didn't pressure me at all. He just invited me to come back in when I needed/wanted to. He also was really great with my kids! It was truly a great experience. I would definitely shop there again. read more

I was given a certificate for a free pillow from this store. I took it in and was afraid of how I would be treated if all I did was collect the pillow and not purchase anything else. The worker greeted me very pleasantly and was really excited for me that I was getting to try this great pillow. The pillow the certificate was for was out of stock so he upgraded me to a better pillow at no cost. He was very friendly and attentive and I was very impressed. I visited the Discount Mattress store this afternoon. It is in a small strip mall near Costco, a little hidden but once you find it, you will be amazed at how many mattresses and varieties of mattresses there are in the small store. There was only sales person so I needed to wait to be assisted, but when he did, he answered all my questions and had me try out several different mattresses. He also gave me information about adjustable bases that are used under mattresses as well. read more

I won a free pillow and went to pick it up and while we were in the store, we decided to look at mattresses. They were very knowledgeable and able to answer the various questions we had. There was no pressure to buy something today and none of the normal tactics that we have experienced at other furniture/mattress stores. Discount Mattress is where you need to go for your next mattress! I went to just about every other store in town before ending up in their showroom. I was impressed that their prices were a lot cheaper than other stores selling the same product. The owner is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I bought my first mattress from them about 6 years ago and now it's in our guest bedroom. I'm constantly getting compliments on how comfortable the bed is. Great experience! read more

They even delivered and helped change out the old mattresses. The new mattresses have been comfortable and we've slept great ever since! He was very friendly and upgraded our pillow because he was out of the one that I was supposed to get.
