Great and convenient facility which includes restaurants and shops like Dick's Sporting Goods, Old Navy, Ultra, The Habit Burger Grill, Chick-fil-A, Cafe Rio, Einstein Bros Bagels, Yogurtland...and a lot more. They do offer outside seatings for some restaurants which is so awesome to eat, relax and enjoy the views. It's such a nice and fun shopping location for local residents or travelers while visiting St. George. Walk around, grab a quick bite while shopping. I always have fun and enjoy my time here except for finding a parking lot is such a hassle. It's always crowded, terrible to get in and out, not only it takes a long time but also very hard to just find a parking spot. Other than that, it's still my favorite shopping place in town.

I still remember to have visited Del Sol and it's still here. Glad you're still here Del Sol. It's a great center with over 30 premium shops and restaurants. Plenty of free parking available. I wanted to check out a handful more of businesses such as Slice House Pizza Co, Berries n Cream, Papa's Got Jerk (Jamaican food), Sweet Rolled Tacos, Capriotti's Sandwich Shop, Del Sol, but it was late and most of them had already closed for the evening. I'll have to come back and check them out next time. They also have a few biz that I thought may be interesting by their biz name... Axe Throwing, School of Rock St. George, and Cowboys and Indians.

The layout has not changed-a long row of storefronts facing the parking lot. The sidewalks in front of the stores are covered, so you're not walking in the direct sun-an appreciated design for a typically hot city. There's not much here to draw people from far away. But if you're not a serious shopper, or on the hunt for name brand items at outlet prices, you may be ok with the selection of stores here. By the looks of the busy parking lot, plenty of people still flock here to do some shopping.

Do yourself a favor and RESEARCH! I should have done more…read moreresearch. I started this process by seeing another friend in towns carport, St George Utah. Below Retail is a third party, they design, take their cut and if anything goes wrong, they can't do anything to help you. They just sell off pricing and books, they do not deal with construction or engineering. I ordered my building off the drawings Megan and I came up with, in July of 2021. she did a great job designing it with me, printed out a paper with dimensions and off I went, End of July 2021 I ordered all the doors to the new construction of my house and the out building. I designed the lean too with a taller pitch because my father is a taller man. The drawing indicated the opening for the doors would be 5x7, a man door 3068, garage door 10x7, and some window frame outs. The building was called and re scheduled several times, which is fine. I am in the industry, so I get it. They arrived on my property worked until 9;30pm, and had to leave because it was not built properly. Came back a second time, still not done properly. Came back a third time and finally resolved the issues. MIND you, you have to pay in full before they unload the steel, SO YOU HAVE NO IDEA IF ITS DONE PROPERLY OR NOT, just gotta have faith. I have NO man door, I have no cut outs for my windows, and MY DOORS ARE NOT 5x7. Also, the roof over hang is so much you can not do gutters. Once Megan gets her money, and sells this off to High Quality Steel Carports. (LOOK THEM UP ON BBB, seriously wished I had) she no longer is typically involved. However when they called to confirm the design On Dec 22nd and opening of the outbuilding I was driving and out of town on Holiday. I told Morri and Marianne at Quaility that no those are wrong, I sent them a text and an email including Megan, Morri and marianne with THE DRAWING of what I paid for. Megan designed so I assumed the rendering would be what the cut outs would be, why would you put 7' if its only going to be 80", WHY?? I did NOT get what I paid for, and NOT ONE of these parties wants to take accountability. The contract says 6080 doors, and the drawing 5x7, I ordered the doors off the rendering, just like you would if you were ordering a refrigerator or stove, a door to a house, windows, YOU order off the renderings, I sent the drawings off to my cabinet guy, to the door shop, to the garage door shop ect, I am not sure if this was a trick, BUT IF ITS A CUSTOM BUILDING and I paid $17,000.00 why would the rendering and the numbers on the contract be different? Who advocates for you when something goes wrong, NO ONE IN Either of these companies. It appears based off the reviews from MANY, MANY others have this experience. Side note. the resolution is not complicated, there isn't one single person I have spoken to willing to take action or accountability. I would not purchase one of these buildings. I personally liked Megan, but I would NEVER buy anything from high Quality Carports. How has nobody ever reviewed Ancestor Square?! This is my favorite corner of St. George. It's a…read moresmall shopping center that surrounds a tiny grassy area with a pond and mature landscaping. The buildings are all historic and are bursting with character. I would build a tiny house right in the middle of it, if they would let me. You think they'd let me? This square has seen a variety of businesses over the years, but the Pizza Factory may be one of the longest lived tenants. It's a staple in the town-everyone has been there at least once. On Saturdays, there is a lovely Farmer's Market at Ancestor Square. You'll find a plethora of local produce, handmade artisan soap and other fantastic things. The people are friendly and charming. If you're looking for a place for a photo shoot, this might be a cool location to check out-especially if you want a little change of scenery from the ever present red rock.
