I called Appliance Wholesalers Plus and spoke with Rustyn. He was extremely knowledgeable in what I needed, and very kind and professional. He provided me with a few options, and we soon agreed on what was needed. Ian, the manager, also very kind and professional set up an installation the very next day. David, showed up, with a "can-do" attitude and with a very kind and professional demeanor. It's been a while since I've met a young person with the willingness to please us and ensure we were satisfied with his work. The configuration which the microwave sat was not your "traditional style." At first it did not appear that it was going to work. I was looking at the possibility of paying a carpenter for modifications. David was incredibly talented with modifying/customizing the unit on site and had it completed within a little over hour. I cannot emphasize how nice to see such a talented young man who really aimed to please their clients. I will use Appliance Wholesalers Plus in the future when in need and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of appliances. True professionals! Thank you all at Appliance Wholesalers Plus for your kindness and professional service!

Boulevard Home's billing department is one of the worst I've dealt with. About eight years ago, we…read morepurchased a couch and a bed and paid thousands of dollars over time. Even after we had completely paid everything off, they kept telling us we still owed a balance. We went into the store and asked them to print every statement because our bank records clearly showed the account had been paid in full. Instead of resolving the issue, we were told their billing system had changed and they no longer had the records. I was furious. I escalated the issue and spoke with multiple people, but nobody was willing to help or take responsibility. The only response we got was essentially, "If you think you're right, sue us." A company that loses its own payment records and then expects the customer to deal with the consequences is unacceptable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Boulevard Home.

Missing part of the top cover. He uses cheap used parts. He said he would fix the leak, get the cover, never did. His wife said they tried to call and blamed us for not repairing it which is simply ANOTHER lie. They do not return calls, they are weeks out, then they charge you to come look, then again when they return. He is slow at working, milking the clock, he does not carry any spare parts. Returned 2 econo packages of LED bulbs. 3 staff members at Returns Desk. Waited for HELP down the bulb/lights aisle (LED vs incandescents). They never showed up. Now after finding all remaining items to checkout. Only 1, count'em register open to handle every kind of purchase from lumber, paint, decorations to my bulbs and household items. We were backed up 7 customers with social distancing. ALL SELF CHECKOUTS WERE OPEN. Where was this store manager to be oblivious to this bottleneck? Poor distribution of staff given it was the lunch hour (for some shoppers), there were plenty of orange vests in the store doing goodness knows what. The customer behind me said out of principle she won't use self check and allow store to save money on staff and NOT pass any savings on to customer. She said if wait was excessive she'd leave cart and items and walk out. My sentiments exactly! Hello MANAGEMENT! Last I checked Home Depot was in the service business. They need to up their game and put their customers first. Take a lesson from Costco. You could do better. Slouching doesn't look good on you.
