I was asked directly what I was looking for, a ballpark of what I wanted to spend and was directed to a couple great choices very quickly. Was given great information on disposing of the old mattress and got help loading it up into a truck. What seemed very different about this place, was that it appears to be one of those places that has discounts, but they are clear, clean and transparent across the board. Not the whole, bump up prices to bump them down for specials or holidays. To me, this is a place where anyone can find the right mattress at a discounted price with no haggle or annoying promotion tactics. I would stake my reputation on this place, the owner, the selection, the quality and especially the prices. Checking with the mattress company they do offer refunds, however this particular store will not! So we are now buying a mattress they don't carry. There were also frames, sheets, pillows, night stands, lamps, and many other items. I was warmly greeted by an employee (I forgot his name). The employee assessed my needs and showed me selections in my price range. I was given space and time to try out the mattresses and found one I absolutely LOVE. I have been sleeping on it for 3 nights now and I am so glad I have my new mattress. My nights have changed for the better!

As the name implies, they meet you by appt only but are pretty much willing to drop what they're doing and go anytime. I met them within 30 minutes. Super friendly, very knowledgeable about their inventory with LOTS to choose from. What made the deal possible for me on the spot was their super easy financing with 90 days same as cash. The corner was a perfect placement. L The sales staff at Ashley were cordial and accommodating. Kennedi greeted us at the entrance, and after listening to our dilemma, the oversized straight chair was first suggested. It was dismissed as not being cozy enough to curl up for an afternoon's nap. This circular chair, once presented, stopped the clock. The chair is firm and comfortable. The chair was selected on a Saturday and delivery was scheduled for the following Saturday. David volunteered to conclude the sale on Monday for a busy Kennedi. While some might have found the chair expensive ($600+) adding delivery and cleaning/replacement damage coverage brought total still under $1000. Oversized recliners are in this same ballpark. It is nice to buy local. Our delivery service was a TEN. The sale...seamless.
