I would think that Michael's would have an excellent website in 2026. It is the worst website to try to use! Freezes! Glitches! Doesn't load! Doesn't save! So disappointing! Good place to shop had everything I wanted and help was easy to find- fast service too

Simply called to ask what color ribbons they have in stock since the last time I went they didn't have the colors I needed and got asked, "you're joking right, there's like a million colors" so not only not helpful one bit but also not the nicest. Came in with my Wife for Artificial flowers. This place is really big and looks like they have pretty good supply of items. So big you really need to ask where things are. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable once you find them. Thing I noticed is all the ideas of things to do just by wondering around the isles. read more

Had good experience in the past, but today I started a project and needed supplies got some came back again for more was told that they were practical out but I was not told they had something close to what I needed. So I made an online order for what I needed the order was ready the like 30 minutes later, and was wrong I told a cashier who called some up front. I told the employee I ordered something else and I was told the order was right I showed the employee what I ordered and was told again I was wrong and the employee said I was accusing her of something. I would give a one star but I have been treated well before hand by other employees. read more

I am so appreciative of Marcie and Andrea! They both were there to rescue my husband and I today when he had a vertigo attack as we were leaving the store! I rushed out to get our car while he sat on the floor. These attacks leave him dizzy beyond belief and then he gets very nauseated. By the time I got back inside they had a him in a wheel chair and one of them proceeded to help me get him to the curb and into the car. We are so very thankful that these two gracious clerks were there to rescue and aid us today. FROM THE BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS THANK YOU ANDREA AND MARCIE!! We bought frames with twine and clothespins to hang photos. We also got candles, watches, glass bowls, trays, snacks, a magazine, etc. I needed pillow forms for accent bedding, but they only had a few sizes. I was able to use online coupons for 20% off everything. read more

Today, May 13, I went to Michaels to have a picture mountain into a frame of mine. Stephanie, the frame department manager was there. I told her what I want and she said that it was going to be $59.00 to do it the frame was 11 by 14. I gave her everything except the tags and the white paper she put on the back of the frame. I asked her why so much? She said that is the price I said to her last time I came to do the same kind of wok and they only charge me and for the same size of frame and they charge me $40.00. She got defensive when I started to ask question and told me if I don't like the price to go to some where else. Then, I asked her if she could put the white paper on the back from one edge to the frame to the other edge. Than she asked me "Are you trying to tell me how to do my job?" I said "no I am trying to tell you the way I wanted to have it done on the back. Two weeks ago I came to pick up a picture they mounted and on the picture she has a note that the other employee was not fast enough to take it off. The note said "do not touch the frame because the customer is a bich. I feel that she has her pay check because of customers like myself and she is not supposed to treat customers that way. She has a bad behavior, no ethics at all and very unprofessional. Her hair is a mess and her she dress unprofessional as well as the store manager. I complain to the corporate office about her I shouldn't be harass by an employee, call me names, yield in front of everyone as she talks. She charge a lot for the same work that other Michaels are charging. I believe that HR called her because later in the evening she called me and told me to come and pick up the frame and the picture that she was not going to do it. She told me not to come back anymore. These two ladies the store manager and the frame manager must be replace ASAP, if you are planning to keep your business. They are not giving the store a good image. St. George is a small town and things go around very fast. read more

I am always pleased with the graveside bouquets they make for me. And recently I found a fabric paint set on clearance. When I was looking for rhinestones, I was disappointed in the selection. Ran in to grab some paint supplies and use a 40% coupon. While there I picked up a couple of frames - buy one get one free. When I got to register they did not ring up correctly and the sale price was not in currently flyer. Cashier put everyone on hold to go back and check the posting and sure enough, the buy one get one free was not in their system. She immediately notified staff to correct the issue and completed my sale - with the discount. She was very nice about it and apologized for the inconvenience. read more

This is Michaels is much smaller then other locations. I was told this is the smallest level store they have in the chain. It has some basics but not much more. What they do have in stock is fair prices. I have a child that takes art classes and they do not stock the supplies needed (they lack a variety of charcoal , pencils, markers (copics) ) . There is actually nowhere in the city that has these supplies so it is order online or make sure we shop in another city. When they do have good sales, the lines get long. The store is not staffed well. the staff is friendly and it is not their fault the store doesn't want to pay to have enough cashiers and staff. Many times there is one register open and that person has to answer the phone and help in store customers. I know that many people in the city would love a bigger michaels or a Hobby Lobby or big art store. I have sent pictures to Michaels corporate of the long lines and empty shelves , to show we need more but they are not wanting to expand. The wifi is HORRIBLE in this store, the staff knows this so make sure you pull up your smartphone coupons outside or at home. If you get to the register and don't have it pulled up the wifi will not download the coupon in store and the cashier wont wait. read more
