We were assigned lane 17. After two approaches, I almost fell. There was grease from something on approach. When asked they came over with a broom and tried to sweep it up. No luck. I asked if they had acetone, they said no. That wasn't enough, they are string pin setters and they don't correctly count the pins and the setters fail on a regular basis because the pins slide but they don't fall. Then the pin setter doesn't work. We took three 0 scores because all but one pin went down, but the other slid and the system can't account for that and reset the pins. We finally asked for a refund, there was no one there capable of wiping down the approach or resetting the pins. Great for kids, but if you like to bowl, find somewhere else, it is terrible, absolutely terrible, If it were possible to give it less than one star I would.
