CAL Ranch is the greatest for boots and cute clothes, for girls! The kids and guys sections are really good too. They have real overalls here! And they have a great selection of boots and hats. We get chicken, pig and sometimes cow food here. They sell baby chicks and bunnies. They have just about everything you need relating to a ranch. But the best part about CAL Ranch is the employees are super nice and really helpful. read more

So I'm here at 10am buying dog treats and the isle is very limited on dog snacks. But what I noticed as I'm walking and looking down all these isles, is what a disarray of mess you see as you're looking at the shoe isle. Boxes opened and stacked on top of more opened shoe boxes. It's 10am!!! Meaning no one "faces" isles in this store. Make the store neat and presentable people. It shouldn't look like a bomb exploded in your store and you're so limited on employees, that you couldn't find 2 people to go around before closing to make things neat and tidy for the next day. Could be a Utah thing, lot of standing around talking and no one being productive by "cleaning up" the messy isles. 10am on a Tuesday and the store looks like crap. Get to work people! read more

We were going to cal ranch and we saw the small tractors out in the front. One of the workers comes out and joke with us. I hop on the tractor and say I want it but sadly it a 1 seater. We had an emergency in Cedar City. My wife found out we got to town without bringing any of the dog's favorite woobies. What can be done on a Sunday in a town with no PetSmart or PetCo? They have such horrible customer service! We came to buy quite a few things at the gun counter and literally waited for 30 minutes. All the while employees just walked by us saying,"oh yeah someone will get to you". Waiting and waiting with an empty store yet no employee could help us?! Nice people ( other than management) never enough staff on hand and not very helpful. Their people are overworked and underpaid. No charge account like IFA Country Stores has, just a credit card with outrageous interest rates. A lot of stuff but no one to help and those who do know what they are talking about are simply over burden. read more
