I have been shopping at TJMax for years!!! And every time I go out of state that is one of my…read morehighlights is finding the nearest TJMax store to shop at. I have been to so many throughout the country and I can honestly say this is by far the WORST!!! Every isle I went down was disorganized, cluttered, and every department had items on the floor. Carts cluttered the exit and what top it off is 3 young girls who worked there standing around laughing and on their phones It was a disgrace!!! Whoever is responsible for managing this store needs to get their s h I t together and hire staff who actually work and take pride in the company. This Arizona shopper was applauded and that says a lot for someone like me. Take the extra time and drive to St. George as it's a lot cleaner and organized

My first impression of this office was that they are BUSY. Dr. Pace has been terrific, and this…read morereview does not reflect on his service. But there is a large staff - which you would think would be a plus - but it isn't. They are all very friendly, but there is too much inefficiency. When it works well, there is no problem. But when there is a problem, it becomes an exercise in frustration. I had a very frustrating experience with the billing department last year. This year, I have been waiting for my new prescription for 22 DAYS now, and they still can't tell me when they will be finished. Why not? LENSCRAFTERS gives you your new glasses in ONE HOUR. Since I only need to see an eye doctor once a year, a well-run office ought to be a quick and easy visit. But it wasn't last year, and it isn't again this year. I'm going to find a SMALLER, more efficient office - where the doctor actually cares about RETAINING patients. When I told the doctor I spoke to on the phone today that I am going to find another office - he said: "That's fine." Totally unacceptable. If you want to be "one of the crowd" - this office is for you.

But when I'm in the market for something specific-usually a gift for a family member-IFA has never let me down. When my wife and I recently visited this location, my wife exclaimed that this is the biggest IFA she has ever been to. It is pretty large-with a good amount of everything you'd expect to find here. We spent a couple minutes meandering around, taking in the variety of inventory and checking out the things that the store has to offer. Eventually, we got to what we were looking for (a specific brand of ballcap for a nephew's Christmas present) and made our way out of the store.
