Verizon is a joke, if you have a business NEVER go through Verizon!!! They seriously can't do anything! We had a previous account with Verizon and switched to T-Mobile, I called multiple times to close out the account and pay them off, they told me I was paid in full, so I asked them to close the account. Well I got a message a few months later that now I owed money, ok that's fine, I set up automatic payments, it withdrew for a few months and stopped, I called, they said I was paid in full, great now close the account for the 2nd time!! Well fast forward 2 years ish, we decided we needed the Verizon service cause it had service in places we needed. Went in and set up the account and Verizon says nope you owe us even more money????? Seriously!!!! Fine pay over $1000!!!! Now set up the account and they never deleted the old account!! Are you kidding?!!!! So I can log into the old account which says I way overpaid and Verizon owes me money but the new account says I owe? But I can't get into the new account because my phone number is linked to the old accoun. hours and hours of going in and trying to figure things out, I was told Verizon will roll all the money they owe me onto the new account and close the old account and it will cover that months bill. Do you think it happened?? Nope I had no way to Check the new account, they never rolled anything over and never let me know, no phone calls or emails. And then shut off my phone!! I owed $20-$30 for my bill but Verizon owes over a $1000? Have been in so many times and hours of my time wasted to get no where. They finally said pay up the $20-$30 or no service so I paid it. They now said they would roll the accounts together so I can get on and check well they gave me a new log on to get back into the old account!! Seriously?!! So now still here we are 2 months later and nothing has changed!!!!!!!!! Never ever go with Verizon!! They are terrible, no one can fix anything and so many empty promises!!! read more

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I went in on May 21, 2026 to see about upgrading my phone. The store only had a couple of customers, but not a single employee even acknowledged my presence. I was in the store over 30 minutes. No greeting, no asking if I needed help, no "we'll be right with you", nothing. They completely ignored me. I finally got mad enough I just left. If they don't want my business, I'll go elsewhere. now this fking phone wont let me listen to my voice mail. it automatically changed my system to visial voice mail which i didnt ask for nor want.. been almost 40 mins and it still wont set up or let me in. verizon is a joke. Gabriel at tech support turned off all access to my phone. No calling in or out, no sending texts no access to VM which is why i called you fools, to fix it. Bill is paid, phone deliberately turned off. wow! in this day and age it's hard to find good customer service but this Verizon store has exceeded my expectations with excellent service! I was greeted immediately and asked how he could help. I explained I called the customer service number a few weeks ago because my phone kept disconnecting calls unless I was in wi-fi. They had me do a reset but it didn't work The rep (I should've written his name down) knew exactly what to do and changed out my sim card. He was so nice and patient with me and quickly had my phone fixed and even found a discount I qualified for. I highly recommend this Verizon store if you have any issues. Wonderful employee working on a Saturday morning but still in a good mood and extremely helpful! read more

Update. 2 weeks after I posted this review I made several more calls with upper level customer service reps and the regional manager of go wireless. They ended up helping us resolve our issue and sent us a check that arrived yesterday 2-8 which we immediately used to pay Verizon back for the iPhone 7 upgrades we got back in September that we would have otherwise been paying off for another 20 months. We are glad that's over and appreciate those who helped us out. Thank you. Go Wireless are CROOKS!!! We recently went in to take advantage of a Verizon iPhone trade in promotion mid September and got taken advantage of instead. I asked repeatedly of Kyle Buttle to make sure what they offered, Which was a large store credit AND the Verizon iPhone trade in promo which stated that I would make 2-3 payments on my 2 new iPhone 7's and after that my bill would drop those payments. On the 4th month nothing changed. It was too good to be true after all!!!! Just as I asked to be sure this wouldn't happen. Kyle now works at the Verizon store on River Road in St George, Utah so, he wasn't there to help. When I tried repeatedly for a month to follow up for a resolution I was told there was nothing they would or could do by the store manager, Evan. Thanks a lot from a college student and his family of 6!! They are a shady business and I will not be returning there!! This was at the Providence Center Drive location across the parking lot from Wal Mart. It's an outrage and I want to hear from you. Thanks!!! Please tell me if you're dis-satisfied or have had a bad experience with Go Wireless in Cedar City or at other locations. If I could put 0 stars I would. I wish we had people half as helpful and friendly closer to home. This is by far the most knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff I have ever had the pleasure of throwing money at. I was in Cedar for a mini vacation and decided to wander into this store store to kill some time while my wife was shopping for shoes. I was curious about the iPhone recently released on Verizon. Long story short I decided to stay with Android. I only went in to inquire but I walked out with two new HTC Thunder Bolts. Now writing this I feel like a sucker..boy did they see me coming. Anyway, I'm glad I stuck with Droid and had a good time speaking with the staff. This staff went above the normal duties and really helped us out. I didnt feel like they were trying to shove the product down my throat like I have felt in other stores. I also didnt feel like I was just a number as I walk in and am told to wait like I have many times in Salt Lake. I will defiantly stop in next time I'm down in Cedar. Hopefully my next stop wont cost as much, but who knows. I may just need the new best thing. read more

Goodnight! These guys are so miserable! Every time I go in this store I feel like I am dealing with someone that thinks they're better than everyone else. Our bill always changes, so much fine print, everything seems to always been hidden from you. Seems as if they think that they already have you so the customer service goes out the window. Super frustrating!! We switched to T-Mobile and we love it!! The people are so friendly and seem as if they actually care to have and KEEP you as a customer. I had a brand new phone given to me by my sister and took it into my local Verizon store to activate. Autumn was very helpful. The phone and SIM were not connecting and she stayed on the line with their tech support for over an hour until the problem was solved. Never once did Autumn seem frustrated or bugged that my non commission visit was taking her away from more lucrative customers. In fact, while she dealt with that, Roy helped me look for the best case while we waited. They got everything taken care of, put on my new screen protector and case, and did it all with a smile! I've been in this place several times and as soon as they realize you aren't going to spend any money, they drop you like a hot rock. Helpless, unless they are thinking they are going to sell you an expensive phone plan. Use another verizon store in CC. You will have better luck . I previously posted a review of my horrible experience with this store and it's employees (Brooke and Michael) I received a call after multiple complaints and requests for a call back from the local store manager Evan and the district manager - also Evan. They asked me to remove my review and ensured me that they would quickly resolve the issue as well as address the customer service issue with the employees who were absolutely the most unprofessional, ignorant group of people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. In a show of faith that they would resolve the issue I removed my prior review. Here I am over a week later and still getting the run around, can't get a call back from either Evan and just got off the phone with general go wireless customer service that advised there is still an issue with the store sorting out the remaining refund due to me. These people should receive LESS THAN 1 star but that is the lowest they can give on this review. I should have read the other reviews here before going there. I went to this store on 11/3/16 to get my wife a new phone for her birthday that they totally ruined. they attempted to rip me off by trying to slide in a warranty charge after I said I didn't want it. Then insulting me and my wife with snide statements in front of everyone in the store including other customers below because we demanded removal of the charge: Brook: stated I was making things more difficult than they needed to be because they were just trying to give me free stuff (to the tune of a $79.99 warranty they get commission on most likely) and that dealing with me made her need to drink. (but she had been badmouthing other customers right in the open so guess her unprofessional behavior should not be surprising). She then split my refund into 2 separate transactions. Again this was their error in trying to sneak a warranty charge in. She advised 1 part of my refund would have to come by return on my card and the other by check. HMMM - nice that they mess up and I have to wait to get my money back that they fraudulently charged me. essentially they charged me over $350 for a correct charge of $121.91. Additionally, we were to receive 2 accessories up to $50 each (you pay the difference if the accessory was extra which is fair) My wife picked a $39.95 glass shield which they immediately removed from her phone after putting it on - it is unclear why the took the accessory off that was due because we declined the glass warranty. So she did not get the accessory she was due. After numerous calls to customer service requesting to speak with a manager I received a call back from Michael - who apparently is not a manager who proceeded to advise me that the refund issue was my fault because the rep who processed our transaction had showed us the bill before charging our card (THIS DID NOT HAPPEN - NOTHING WAS SHOWN TO US - AND I ASKED THE GIRL OUTRIGHT IF SHE WAS PUTTING ANY OTHER CHARGES ON IT BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT IT PRIOR TO RINGING IT UP) She confirmed that she hadn't which was a lie. At the end of it. I received the call from the district manager noted above who assured me that they would resolve the refund and get me my accessory due to me - this was on 11/7. I did not get the money refunded to my card back until 11/09 (7 days) and have yet to get the balance of my refund of over $82 that I was advised would be mailed in a check form to me on 11/07. To date I continue to get the run around about the money due to me and when I called the store yesterday to get an update on the refund and accessory another snarky ignorant employee Sam (assistant manager) advised me he didn't know where the corporate office was, could not tell me anything about the check and I would get it when I get it. (now 13 days later) I requested a call from the district manager Evan - still no call from him. These people are just rip off artists and you better hope that they don't over charge you - good luck getting your money back - next stop will be a complaint to the Utah district atty and better business bureau. read more

I've never been lied to and misled as bad as this store and company has. I went in to upgrade my iPhone 5c to an iPhone 6s, but naturally I didn't want to spend the outrageous $650 for it. The saleswoman there assured me that the phone would only cost $200 with a new upgrade and contract, which is usually how all of this works right? I spent over an hour in the store going over every detail with her and making sure that the phone would only cost me $200 plus tax TOTAL. I asked her this three different times, and once more before I swiped my card for the tax down payment. My next bill comes, and it says I owe $650 for my phone that it will added to my bill in $27 increments. I went into the store and that same saleswoman prints out an agreement form, that was never shown to me at the time of purchase, for $650. I pointed out that my signatures were blurry because they were electronic signatures. Essentially, the saleswoman showed me no paperwork at the time of purchase, told me that the phone would cost $200 plus tax, and let me sign the keypad in front of her computer. NOT ONCE did she even utter the words $650 during my initial visit to buy the phone, yet multiple times she told me it would only cost $200. This, ladies and gentlemen, is illegal. This company trains their salespeople in deception and then claims that you misheard them when you try and combat the charges. The only fault on my part is taking her word for the price and not asking her to print out paperwork to prove it. Do not go to this store and avoid Verizon if you can. They are con-artists at their best and will lie right to your face, sticking you with an outrageous bill to pay off that you never agreed to. Absolutely abhorrent company and store location. Zero stars! DO NOT USE GO WIRELESS! I've heard nightmare stories from so many, but I thought I'd give them a try for myself. This was a terrible idea. (Sam) lied to me about a phone I ordered for my daughter. She told me I could pay for it as a "monthly device fee" of $10 on my Verizon monthly bill and I would get a separate $5 a month insurance charge for the phone from Go Wireless- I agreed and she told me they would call me when the phone got there. She handed me a sales order for $198 which, when I questioned her again about paying for the phone monthly, she assured me it would be on my monthly Verizon bill. Fast forward to the day my husband went in to pick up the phone, he was told (by Sam) that the $198 had to be paid before we could get the phone. My husband called me and I got on the phone with Sam who told me that I "misunderstood" her the day I ordered it! My daughter was with me that day so I asked her what she "understood" Sam told us about paying for the phone. My daughter and I both heard her say that the phone would be paid on our Verizon bill as a "monthly device fee" at $10. I asked to speak to her manager and she got an attitude and told me that she was the assistant manager. She took my number down and told me the manager was busy and would call me later! Grrrr! I cancelled my order and told her to put everything back the way it was before in my account. The manager called me three days later. NO INTEGRITY! I was so disappointed, and will never use this store again. read more
