Came in to get my rear phone panel glass replaced and nothing else some time ago, and when I got my…read morephone back there was no Apple logo on the back as well as the more pressing issue of neither of my cameras working anymore. My front facing camera had a non working auto focus, and Face ID was inoperable as a result, and my rear camera lost its ultra wide lense and also no longer could auto focus or function at all, often just being a black screen with the message "non genuine part". So whatever parts they're using are non Apple and your system will realize that, which will also void any assistance from Apple. When I called them to tell them that, they tried to tell me they didn't do anything to the camera that "doesn't make sense", to which I was like.... Okay, I gave you a phone with a working camera, paid almost 300$, and then got a phone back with no working camera which I need for my job. It took a lot of back and forth to even get them to fix it again and to explain I did not wanna be charged 2x for a repair that broke my phone further. They then fixed it again, only for the part to fail again a couple weeks later and work wildly inconsistently. And now my camera is entirely inoperable and I just have to go get the entire phone replaced because it's now affecting other parts of my phones optimization. For the amount of money I paid, or honestly any money at all, that should not be happening in any shape or form and is incredibly frustrating. Looking back I probably should've listened to the other 1-2 star reviews. Save your money, and go either directly to your phone or mobile service provider and have them do it.

I was joking around with him telling him that "it be better be the "Cinderella Clean" meaning that he better scrub the heck out of my phone. His manager chimed in scolding and humiliating me in front of other customers. He proceeded to say I was being disrespectful. Of course, I was completely taken back by his comment. Verizon is a joke, if you have a business NEVER go through Verizon!!! They seriously can't do…read moreanything! We had a previous account with Verizon and switched to T-Mobile, I called multiple times to close out the account and pay them off, they told me I was paid in full, so I asked them to close the account. Well I got a message a few months later that now I owed money, ok that's fine, I set up automatic payments, it withdrew for a few months and stopped, I called, they said I was paid in full, great now close the account for the 2nd time!! Well fast forward 2 years ish, we decided we needed the Verizon service cause it had service in places we needed. Went in and set up the account and Verizon says nope you owe us even more money????? Seriously!!!! Fine pay over $1000!!!! Now set up the account and they never deleted the old account!! Are you kidding?!!!! So I can log into the old account which says I way overpaid and Verizon owes me money but the new account says I owe? But I can't get into the new account because my phone number is linked to the old accoun. hours and hours of going in and trying to figure things out, I was told Verizon will roll all the money they owe me onto the new account and close the old account and it will cover that months bill. Do you think it happened?? Nope I had no way to Check the new account, they never rolled anything over and never let me know, no phone calls or emails. And then shut off my phone!! I owed $20-$30 for my bill but Verizon owes over a $1000? Have been in so many times and hours of my time wasted to get no where. They finally said pay up the $20-$30 or no service so I paid it. They now said they would roll the accounts together so I can get on and check well they gave me a new log on to get back into the old account!! Seriously?!! So now still here we are 2 months later and nothing has changed!!!!!!!!! Never ever go with Verizon!! They are terrible, no one can fix anything and so many empty promises!!!
