I used to love this place. It's going downhill. Staff is sometimes rude and they recently raised their prices for re-installing screens. If you don't want to pay the extra money you can always, "order on line and install it yourself." I just might start doing that from here on out. read more

I had a cracked screen on my phone, I called Zagg St. George who at the time was the "only" company in town that could repair cracked iPhone screens. After 3 weeks waiting for a back ordered screen and absolute WORST customer service I've ever experienced I gave up. Also, the phone number they have goes to a cell phone and 9 times out of 10 it just goes to voice mail; I have no idea how they are even in business. read more

It was nice having my screen replaced so quickly but for some reason they failed to send my old glass in or something. Cause later ZAGG charged me 45 dollars for not sending in the old glass. I called the ZAGG store and there was nothing they could do. So I will never be going back. I went into zagg to get my cracked screen fixed mostly because it's one of the only places in town that will do it. The problem was that they have shitty, cheaper screens that if you apply any type of screen protector onto them the screen of your phone becomes very insensitive and it's extremely annoying. And the screen is more dull as well, even without a screen protector, it is also way more expensive than taking it to somewhere like bad apple who will charge you less, and put a better screen on there. So I'd say it's worth the drive to Vegas or some shit just so you can find a place that will fix your screen right and not cut corners. The employees were helpful nonetheless which is why I'm giving it 2 stars instead of 1. It's a great place if you just need a screen protector or something. read more

This store is not customer service oriented. The quality of their work is poor and they do not honor their Zagg free exchange if there is an issue! I had paid nearly 100 for a screen protector on a ipad 2 . It was bubbling up the next day. Went in thinking they would replace it, as I was told, but no... I can fix it the guy says! He removed a bubble and said heres a card for a free one in 6 months, you'll want to replace it then anyway! Wow .. That is some nerve!! Yesterday ,my tempered glass on my iphone 6 cracked after having it since April 29th..2015 exactly 1 month ! I drove clear across town to be told they were out of stock until today .. I just called and they are not there yet ! Hum !! So i guess I am at their mercy and must wait, even though they want to charge an additional 10 dollars for a less than a month old shield that they charged 44.00 for!! This company probably knows their days are numbered and therefore could care less about customer service! Steer CLEAR unless you like to get ripped off! I went here and bought a screen cover to protect my screen on my phone. They put it on and charged me $20 for a cover that did not fit all the way over the screen. I paid the extra money to them because they have a lifetime replacement. I could have bought similar product for much less. Then when I went to have them replace it because it had a big scratch on it, they told me they would order a new one because they did not have one in stock and they would call me. I have checked back with them twice and they do not have it yet. Save your money buy one somewhere else. read more

Had ZAGG Glass on my phone. I had it on there for more than 2 years. The phone took a bad fall and the zagg glass cracked...my screen did not. They replaced it. Yes it was 7$. That 7$ takes the hassle out of trying to replace the protection myself and they did it. No problems. I will continue to cover all my devices in ZAGG Glass. read more

This is business is awful!!! Someone would get better help in Youtube video to fix a device. The owner of the store is a complete a**, and has such a bad ego that gets in his way of good customer service and quality repairs. Lets talk about how the owner himself put away products and held a conversation with a friend why a customer was waiting to be helped.
