The guys were amazing, Adam took the time to explain everything, and when I got that glazed look in my eyes. The one that says, "I have no idea what you mean". Adam said to think of it like this as he re-explained. It made me feel good not to be looked down on for not knowing. Then he said okay you're good, you don't need anything, had to get rid of some stuff so I did it while I was explaining it to you. Your computer is not infected it was a sales pitch to make you buy protection. Then he said there was no charge because he didn't do anything. We took it over to them and they immediately helped us find the part online. They said they would order it, and would let us know when it came in. A few days later, they called us and informed us they had the part in. They went above and beyond to not only help install the broken part, but also started from scratch with putting the computer back together... fixing the many mistakes we had made ourselves. They did it free of charge, and they didn't make much profit out of the part they ordered for us. What incredible men that work there! I will definitely return if I have computer issues in the future!

I came in to get my watch sized correctly. After they resized it they offered back the watch and…read morethe extra links and started wrapping up the transaction. One of the other team members then came up and let them know that there were still parts from my watch in the back. They then took back my watch and the bag of extra links; It sounded like they didn't know about the end caps for the rod that secures the links together. After a few minutes they came back and gave me my watch and all of the extra parts; the resize was $15. Since then the little rods have been sliding loose/ out of the links by as much as 2-3mm. It also looks like some of the rods are missing their end caps which explains the sliding. If the other employee didn't notice the extra parts in the back I'm not sure if they would have been returned to me. I'm also not sure if this resize was done correctly because of the loose link rods. It could be they were unfamiliar with the brand of watch; it was Seiko, a Japanese brand. If so I wish they would have refused the resize instead of offer a subpar job. Images attached: The rods have been labeled 1-8. I believe rods 1, 2, 4, and 5 have been left alone. I have had sliding issues with rods 3, 6, and 7. An example of the rod and end cap is also included.
