Also, we asked him to put a 64 bit Windows 7 operating system on our computer and he put a 32 bit OS that we can't even register and charged us for it. This guy is a horrible business man and he WILL take advantage of you. Don't waste your money, you will not get anything for the money you spend.

Called him in the morning, he answered right away and was over at my house within an hour. After working his magic, he told me my laptop had contracted a virus in September of 2012 and he erased 68, what he calls, "critters" from my laptop. He also installed some anti-malware software to keep things in check and had my machine running smoothly in about 45 minutes. All of my web browsers now run great and it seems like everything else is running faster than before. And, I though his fee for the house call and repair was very reasonable.
