When we got his first bill we were shocked but paid it before we found all of the problems. After 2 more attempts he handed us another outrageous bill and we ended the relationship. He bragged about other customers that he had mistreated. We took him to court but the judge said we should have continued to let him try to fix the problems (obviously this judge has never owned a small business).
