Setting an appointment on Thursday morning for Friday afternoon at 1 PM. Gary showed up an hour late and blamed it on traffic. I had to call to see if he was still on his way. When he arrived, he had no tools to perform the work, just came in with his bare hands when I had requested to do a clone back up of what I thought was a failing hard drive. He sat down at the computer and just started deleting random files. We don't need this we don't need these we don't need these. He received a couple of phone calls during my attempt to clone my drive. The 1/2 hour phone calls were from an auto dealership as he was working on buying a vehicle during the time trying to do the work I needed done on my computer. He was unable to get windows to identify the new hard drive. He told me a lot of information about a lot of programs and things I had no interest in whatsoever of course there would be a cost involved. After 2 1/2 hours of accomplishing not what I wanted done, his wife called said he had to come home. He got up immediately and said I had to pay him $150 now. I was under the impression before he got here that it was going to be work done under the warranty for the Computer He sold me six months earlier. I cannot recommend Gary to anyone as he showed he was late, unprepared, unknowledgeable, and unable to do any work I requested. read more
