I run a business out of my home as well, so having to take my computer somewhere and leave it for a few days is not an option. A friend of mine suggested the Geek Squad from Best Buy, but when I saw that the earliest they could come out would be 3 weeks, that was another dead end. Jumped on yelp and found Scott's company. Called him in the morning, he answered right away and was over at my house within an hour. After working his magic, he told me my laptop had contracted a virus in September of 2012 and he erased 68, what he calls, "critters" from my laptop. He also installed some anti-malware software to keep things in check and had my machine running smoothly in about 45 minutes. All of my web browsers now run great and it seems like everything else is running faster than before. And, I though his fee for the house call and repair was very reasonable. We called Jeremy with Tech Bros and he came out and worked on the system. We still experienced issues with the doorbell camera. Called Jeremy again and he found that the camera had issues from the manufacturer. He recommended a replacement which we agreed upon and he installed it. No problems since then. Throughout this process Tech Bros was responsive to our needs and quick to respond to them. There was no charge for any of this work. As stated in our Aug 26 review we highly recommend Tech Bros and certainly will use their services again if needed. They do quality work and stand behind it.
