No one answering the phone during business hours - maybe a red flag? Guy told me to call them back the next day and didn't sound happy. No offer to call me back like a customer service minded place would - maybe the next red flag? Called the guy back at the phone number he called from, left a voicemail again, no response. Called the business line again during business hours, of course, no one answered. Never heard from anyone. May be a small business posing as a bigger business. Either way poor customer service generally equals poor quality service.

A few days later, they called us and informed us they had the part in. They went above and beyond to not only help install the broken part, but also started from scratch with putting the computer back together... fixing the many mistakes we had made ourselves.
