Drake from Maynard and Sons responded quickly and told me they could have someone out the next day at noon. I had some time constraints and Jeff Maynard was able to work with my schedule. He came out on Monday, diagnosed the problem, which turned out to be a power company problem, checked all my outlets and switches to make sure there was nothing shorting out in the trailer and had me call Washington city power. We spent a lot of $ to get the best we could afford. The air went out in the middle 0f summer. They came to fix it only to tell us they needed parts. New parts came and system went out again. It was 110 degrees outside and 82 inside. After 3 more call outs they replaced the unit (Carrier) with a new one. Just two days ago our heater went out. After a service call the technician came two days later. Our house chilled to 63 degrees and it was 32 degrees outside. The tech said we needed a part that was in Idaho so we would have to wait a couple more days, double up on blankets, and freeze our ----- off. I would seriously go to someone else as this area has a ton of competitors!
