He did an incredible job in only a few hours, installed a needed second strap (per code) and also installed a pan under the hot water heater, which the original one did not have, hooked up a new expansion tank, and hooked up the recirc hardware I have so we can get hot water instantly; and they did it all for less than I expected to pay Also, along with the standard six year hot water heater warranty from Rheem, Dino included a matching six year warranty on labor if needed. When our house was new, the system installed was inadequate and we had hot and cold spots. We replaced our old with a larger capacity unit and many know, who have three system houses it can be quite expensive. Our new system has wade our entire house more comfortable and we actually spend less on cooling and heating. The best part is they did not try to sell us a new unit. My older folks have already been sold 2 new units within the last 10 years by another company out of St George. Derrick said they are mechanics and repairmen first, They will do their absolute best to repair the unit rather than try to sell you a new one.
