I run a business out of my home as well, so having to take my computer somewhere and leave it for a few days is not an option. A friend of mine suggested the Geek Squad from Best Buy, but when I saw that the earliest they could come out would be 3 weeks, that was another dead end. Jumped on yelp and found Scott's company. Called him in the morning, he answered right away and was over at my house within an hour. After working his magic, he told me my laptop had contracted a virus in September of 2012 and he erased 68, what he calls, "critters" from my laptop. He also installed some anti-malware software to keep things in check and had my machine running smoothly in about 45 minutes. All of my web browsers now run great and it seems like everything else is running faster than before. And, I though his fee for the house call and repair was very reasonable. If I have any future computer issues, I would not hesitate to call Scott again!.

He's not the most personable guy, I almost left, but needed a Mac approved Tech to clear my locked phone for $75 charge! Then at the end of him clearing 1 hr later I had told him I wanted to transfer all my info from my old phone, but he said he didn't know that& wanted another $100!!! As I sat therein the 1 chair in this dirty place 3 more customers came in one of which was dissatisfied with him not telling him it might possibly cost him $400 to replace his tablet screen! I won't be going back if I ever need something again if needed something!
