Also, we drove by his place of business two days in a row and it said he would be back from lunch at 2 and so we waited until 2:30 and he still wasn't back either day. Also, we asked him to put a 64 bit Windows 7 operating system on our computer and he put a 32 bit OS that we can't even register and charged us for it. This guy is a horrible business man and he WILL take advantage of you. Don't waste your money, you will not get anything for the money you spend.

I run a business out of my home as well, so having to take my computer somewhere and leave it for a few days is not an option. A friend of mine suggested the Geek Squad from Best Buy, but when I saw that the earliest they could come out would be 3 weeks, that was another dead end. Jumped on yelp and found Scott's company. Called him in the morning, he answered right away and was over at my house within an hour. After working his magic, he told me my laptop had contracted a virus in September of 2012 and he erased 68, what he calls, "critters" from my laptop. He also installed some anti-malware software to keep things in check and had my machine running smoothly in about 45 minutes. All of my web browsers now run great and it seems like everything else is running faster than before. And, I though his fee for the house call and repair was very reasonable. If I have any future computer issues, I would not hesitate to call Scott again!.
