I brought my fart phone in and Dallis was able to help me out more than I thought he would be able to. I came in with my boyfriend and he helped us set up a new phone plan and worked out some deals that we were very satisfied with. Dallis even stayed forty minutes after close to make sure we were all set up and ready to go. I appreciated his thoroughness in explaining all the costs and how everything worked. Worst service I've ever had in any Verizon store. These folks acted like they were on commission and if I wasn't going to buy something they did not see the need to help me. They said that if I wanted help I'd have to pay $30.00. This after I paid the fee to get my phone activated which was $70.00 Stay away from this place folks. read more

We were dreading the change from T-mobile (their service had deteriorated in our neighborhood.) but Troy made switching plans a pleasure and fitted us up with improved gear with discounts that more than matched what we could have done anywhere else. His detailed explanations were clear, and he was a pleasure to deal with. They do their best to make you comfortable at myBullfrog ... They do most of the paperwork for you and they even have chairs available so that old folks like us can sit. read more

Treated so poorly. The manager (who helped me) was angling for an argument from the moment I sat down. I got up to leave and the she actually shouted to me hat I was "Invited to never return to this location" - as if I would. I asked who the local shop owner was, so I could let him know how his clients were being treated, but she refused to divulge that information. I think I'll take her invitation to never return. read more

I consider today my lucky day. I met Ryder at this location and he was beyond helpful. I was expecting a long, drawn out, painful process but I was pleasantly surprised. Ryder was able to save me half off my old bill and set me up with a sweet new iPhone 6 and all the goodies for less than a quarter of what I was prepared to pay. While in Zion I dropped my phone rendering it useless. My luck was in being able to connect with the Store Manager, Kolter. With Kolter's help, I was able to select the phone best phone for me. Kolter was extremely knowledgeable about all their products and services, had a wonderful, welcoming manner not to mention a great sense of humor and a very kind demeanor. The purchasing process was smooth, even though we hit a Google snag which Kolter spent a lot of time attempting to fix even though it was not a "Verizon Thing". Stay away. I went into this store 1st on 8-10-15 to get a new screen protector, after 3 attempts using new screens each time the kid finally said it should lay down flat eventually. If not bring it back & we will replace it again. There were air bubbles under it in several locations. Today 8-17-15 I returned to the store & delt with the same person. He took off the screen & replaced it with a new one but still had the same bubbles & stated there is nothing he can do except give me a refund that would be mailed to me at some point in the next few weeks. I told him I wanted the old screen back so I could have some type of protection till I got to a real Verizon store. He quickly took my phone peeled the bubbled screen off & handed me back my phone, then stated the other screen is already gone & wasn't going to do anything about it. When I got home I went to my local Verizon store & they apologized for their counterparts being incompetent. They hit the nail on the head, this supposed Authorized Verizon dealer GoWireless in Hurricane Utah has some terrible employee practices & was right very incompetent. My home store pulled a new screen out of the package applied it with no issues what so ever, it looks great. Stay away from this store it's no good they don't care about customers at all. read more
