I see this location got a few bad reviews. Hopefully my review will help raise their store because my husband and I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE at this location. The manager Danielle or Michelle (sorry can't remember) was very efficient with several customers in the store all having different needs for their phones. Sure, I had to wait a little bit--no more than about 15 minutes -- not everything can happen instantly when dealing with technology. I could see she was doing her best with everything she was managing. It's possible this location could use one or two more staff on a busy Saturday, but I could see while I was there for about 40 minutes total, while she was working on installing the protective film on my new phone, that the others were all being helped within about 15-20 minutes of their arrival. Giving a poor score to a company because one had to wait is not really giving an accurate review of how you were treated or if you got your issue resolved. Low star scores can hurt a business, and if anyone who has given a low score due to waiting your turn in line had a business, they might realize it's not easy to take care of everyone the minute they walk in the door. Anyway, Danielle or Michelle has this location running like a well-oiled machine and should be given the authority to add one or two more staff to her store. She took care of me and the two other customers in her care, all simultaneously with excellent customer service. I recommend making an appointment if you can't wait 15-20 minutes. read more

Store is a joke. Go elsewhere. Waited over 2 hours, finally left!! This is not a corporate store.

Store refused to trade in phone even after being told they could. Worst t mobile I have ever been too recommend to go to any other t mobile

They are worth the wait, it would be nice if the could improve wait time. Overall I have had positive , friendly and knowledgeable experiences. Visited store on 10/21/24 approximately 10:30 AM , I was the only customer next in line. I knew ahead of time that waiting could be a factor. I waited about 20 minutes, then waited about 20 min STANDING. This T-Mobile location needs more seating , if you are short staffed and can't get to Your clients (especially the elderly, I observed an elderly man walk out , couldn't handle the waiting) need stools or chairs to sit down on! They only have two 2 seater benches located along frontside windows. Please PROVIDE SEATING ALONG YOUR SERVICES COUNTERS FOR ELDERS and PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES ! Thank you in advance! read more

We walked in and asked a worker about the 4 phones for $100 deal just to know more about it. The worker looked at us and said, "well what do you wanna know about it?" We said we just wanted to know the details and he said "I mean that's it. It's 4 phones for $100, that's all." As if he was mad at us for wanting to know about it? Holy crap it was almost comical. We just said "great" and left read more

They love to make up their own bs hours here. Doors locked with employees gathered around the desk inside, no one looked once I yanked on the handles. No notes on door and can't pick up the phone. The times I have come into this specific location I purchased 2 iPhone 14s and a Samsung and the guy had an issue with me being there the whole time. Worst customer service, like literally ever lol. read more

The lady said she would be with us in a minute. We waited a half hour with our infant daughter and still weren't helped. Total waist of time. read more

Came to this location because my husband was experiencing issues leading something for Facebook. It was taking 2 days to load the app. The associate was able to help us reload the app. He was very courteous and even opened the door as we walked in! The was no wait time. I would highly recommend this location if you need help with your Tmobile phone. read more

My husband and I decided to switch to iPhones so we called the different carriers to see what deals were being offered. T-Mobile had the best one, where we could both get half-off new SE models--PLUS--they had a great plan for seniors where we got unlimited talk, text and data for less than we were paying before! But the real treat was working with Sam to get everything set up. Usually this is a chore but Sam knows what he is doing and saved me time and trouble with a couple of work-arounds. He was conscientious in getting me all possible discounts, and because he is so friendly, smart and savvy, he was just enjoyable to talk to. If you're looking for a good cellphone deal, check out T-mobile, and if you can, I highly recommend talking to Sam in the Pineview Plaza store! read more

I used to consider T Mobile as the arm pit of the phone carriers. This was based on friend reviews. I switched to them once the military deal came out. I've never dropped a call and the 4LTE is faster than Verizon (because T Mobile has been able to keep up with customer demand and not over saturate their phone towers). Im a pretty skeptical guy and have been looking for negative things but haven't found anything yet. read more

We bought a phone from T-Mobile online and could not get the phone transfer data at home. Xander was absolutely amazing and so helpful even though they were so busy. He was helping many people at once and we were impressed by his work ethic. Instead of making people wait a long time without help he was bouncing around and very efficient. We recommend this store and his help. read more

Switched over from AT&T and was told that they had a promotion that pays off your current phone plan and put it on a prepaid credit card so you can pay it off. After finding out that they don't put the right GB with phone you trade in, but you have to fill a form out that tells you that your device is not eligible. Then having a working pretend that they cannot hear you so they hang up is wrong. To find out they give a credit on you bill and a small amount a the prepaid card. Wished I would have stayed with AT&T! read more

I have been trying to reach this location by phone for over a week. I've made numerous calls and no one has picked up or returned my call when I was able to leave a message. I've spent many hours trying to get them to fix a problem with billing and service after they said it was taken care numerous times. For over a month it has still not been fixed and and I'm getting huge bills that I didn't sign up for. Beware if you decide to go with this company especially this location!! read more
