We went to Verizon on Sunset Blvd and inquired about phone upgrades and the associate kept laughing at our phones. He talked very fast pointing at the price list and we kept asking him to slow down so we could understand and he would not. He said "nothing in life is free" when we said the ad said "free phone ugrade". Laughs again and again at the age of our phones which is like five years old. Johnny "The Bow Tie Guy" at the SG Verizon on Sunset Blvd is the Best! Corporate Verizon has created several extremely time consuming and frustrating errors and with our business accounts. After multiple attempts and several hours on the phone with Corporate, Johnny was able to get Everything straightened out. He is polite, professional, efficient and knows how to take care of customers. Without him, our business would've left Verizon completely. I highly recommend Johnny. However, this location that had someone motivated and kind enough to stick it out and finish the job. I am a business owner I was on VK in Utah when I broke my phone and could not turn it on. When I went in I knew I would have to reset my apple password because I could not remember it. And I have done this many times and can do it on my own. But because I had no computer I explained my situation and that all I had to do was the password reset. Simple right I explained that I needed my phone today for work. But doing that the lady decided to do an identity retrieval and that locked my out of my account for 24 hours and the lady didn't even seam to think is was a big deal! And assured me I would have access in the 24 hours. So I left and called apple they explained there was nothing to do I just had to wait so after 24 hours and lots of money already lost because I can't work or contact anyone I find out I am locked out for another 13 days will never come back to this store again!!! read more

I was very skeptical to visit this store as I have had bad experiences in the past at "authorized dealer" stores. The store was very conveniently located so I thought I would take a chance. I went in and was greeted right away by Joshua who totally took care of my upgrade. The transaction was very smooth and I loved the personal attention I was given unlike the main Verizon store where I am just a number. My wife needed an upgrade about a month later so we decided to go again to give them a shot, hoping I would have the same experience as last time. We were greeted again right away by Aaron. He was excellent at explaining was my wife's options for a new phone. He spent time showing here how to use the new phone and was very professional. Overall I have been in this store 2 different times with 2 different reps and both times I would give a rating of A+++. The store is clean and has a good vibe. We stopped by to pick up the phone we ordered online as we were headed to Las Vegas to catch our return flight, the guy stopped me outside the door and after confirming the order asked me to stay in my van, and said he is going to wave at us once the phone was ready, we waited patiently in the van but no one came out. I have been a Verizon customer for a long time (20 years or so). Originally, I had gone to the store over on River road (by target). I walked in & they added me to their 2 hour wait list stating that they "should" be able to get to me before they close. I did not want to wait 2 hours to possibly not get helped. I had called this store & asked if they were busy. They said if I make an appointment, I won't have to wait if it is busy. I made an appointment, went right over, & had the best service I've ever had with Verizon (not to mention they dress more professionally than most Verizon stores). Chris Oram helped me originally pre-order the iPhone 13. After about 1.5 weeks, they called me & let me know the phone was in. After arriving to the store (no appointment this time) I had to maybe wait about 10 minutes to be helped (not a big deal, pretty usual for any phone store). But again I had the best service, this time from Matthew James. We laughed the entire time we were in the store. I will be back for sure! Thank you!! read more

Sad, sad, sad! I went in to have my Ellipsis hotspot activated. Those guys had NO IDEA about how to do it! The guy tells me I need to upgrade, the unit only costs a dollar and has me sign his tablet. Then tells me the cost is $45 a month. I ask for low long and he says 2 years! But I can have a prepay if I buy it for $299?? or whatever. I was so mad and frustrated. I tell him I didn't come in to buy a new unit and I want my hotspot activated. After SEVERAL minutes he walked away and I left the store. IDIOTS!!! I am a Verizon customer and have been for years. Service is good wherever I travel. Purchased last phone from Verizon store on River Road.I went back to same store to get new phone. After waiting for ten minutes, someone finally talked to me and said everything was by appointment only. Store was empty as in there were no customers. I told them what I wanted and their response was a curt "Sorry, you should have made an appointment." They went back to their work at the cash register. I left surprised by the abrupt response. I called the Cellular store and told them what I needed. I was told to come right in. Jace was informative, patient, discussed phone options, and I left with a new phone and very pleased with the service. Good camaraderie with staff in that store. Other happy customers there. Just like the day I bought phones from these guys. service was terrible again today and I would have never gone into this store again but they sold me on the lifetime screen protection replacement for my phones... As I attempt to replace one of my screen protectors. walked in and was second in line, (two people working) helping others, as I waited three others came in. finally 40 minutes later without any help yet I asked where the screen protectors are for my phone (I'll replace it myself)at which they told me they don't have any and might not get any in!! what you sold me a lifetime screen replacement!!! sorry, he says and the new phone are 2cm larger that the x and won't fit.. just as my review on google when I bought the phones nothing but lies when they sale to you... read more

I went into the store because my Galaxy S8+ was ran over and completely destroyed. Joseph Segura helped me pick out a new phone and spent time helping me retreive as much info as possible off my phone. It was a little time consuming but Joseph was very paitent and helpful! The only issue I have is, I bought a new S21, it did not come with the brick to plug the cord into and the cord is now a different size. This is a Samsung problem. Why do I need to purchase new chargers when I purchase a new phone? A total waste, and totally rediculous!!! read more

In particular, my representative was Jace, and I cannot recall the last time I've met such a knowledgeable, kind, professional sales rep in telecom. Jace patiently listened to the situation and presented the most cost-efficient solution for my lost phone. The new device met all my needs and enabled me to pursue new employment opportunities and reconnect with family. He has continued to assist me with answering questions via phone, and today will help me enable an older version of the phone I lost so I can recover my data, contacts, and pictures.
