The manager Danielle or Michelle (sorry can't remember) was very efficient with several customers in the store all having different needs for their phones. Sure, I had to wait a little bit--no more than about 15 minutes -- not everything can happen instantly when dealing with technology. I could see she was doing her best with everything she was managing. It's possible this location could use one or two more staff on a busy Saturday, but I could see while I was there for about 40 minutes total, while she was working on installing the protective film on my new phone, that the others were all being helped within about 15-20 minutes of their arrival. Giving a poor score to a company because one had to wait is not really giving an accurate review of how you were treated or if you got your issue resolved. Low star scores can hurt a business, and if anyone who has given a low score due to waiting your turn in line had a business, they might realize it's not easy to take care of everyone the minute they walk in the door. Anyway, Danielle or Michelle has this location running like a well-oiled machine and should be given the authority to add one or two more staff to her store. She took care of me and the two other customers in her care, all simultaneously with excellent customer service. I recommend making an appointment if you can't wait 15-20 minutes.

I've been a customer at AT&T for well over 15 years. I went into the Bluff Street store today…read morearound 2 pm. It was really crowded and there was only 1 rep available so I decided to come back. I went back around 5. They close at 7. There was I person waiting and 1 being waited on. I decided to wait. I didn't mind waiting for either person that was there before me, even though it took a long time. it was about 6:40 when he was finishing up with the person that was right in front of me. About 10 minutes before that, someone came in and I looked up and he was waiting on them. They had just been there for 10 minutes. I have been there for an hour. and 15 minutes. That was it without saying anything to me at all the whole time I was there, and I know he saw me when I walked in., I decided to leave. I told him when I was leaving that I was next in line and he decided to wait on them. All he said was I'm sorry you think that he would have felt kind of guilty after somebody was waiting there well over an hour and a half that he would pay attention to them but now, so after all this time we've been with AT&T I'm happily moving over to T-Mobile. The customer service at that store on Bluff Street in St. George was the worst I have ever experienced in my life. So, let that be a warning to you.
