They have told me twice the refund is on the way and twice no refund. Now my last call to the service center is they have no record of me and the manager of the units is not returning my calls. Sounds to me like the manager has pocketed mine and who knows how many other people refunds or payments. Not sure about other people but $250 is not chump change. It was charged feloniously and not returned appropriately.

The spaces were clean, the facility was clean, and the prices were very fair. We moved out on the 7th of the month, they not only refunded my deposit (as they should have) , but they refunded my rent for that final month. Very nice of them. I'm a bit older, and it was a bit challenging to deal with the "everything on line", but it was very straight forward, and not too bad at all. Thanks, highly recommend.

They send a notice that that they had to do an update for payment, and we do our best to accomodate them. This has gone on for me for over a month! All I wanted to do was pay my monthly bill (it was on autopay prior) with no problem of them getting their money. Now, because if their problem our code does not work...they have even charged me a late fee which i would pay to get my stuff out of there even though its two weeks to their advantage. I also have read from other upset customers that they then take over the storage unit and sell the goods ALL WITH NO COMMUNICATION TO THE RENTERS..PATHETIC. I will do what I need to do...but I would suggest to NEVER rent from this company. Probably should read the bad reviews unless they have deleted them. I have been a business owner...I know what is expected for customer service..COMMUNICATION.

THIEF: He has kept my Baldez stationary exercise bicycle, expensive Honda pressure washer and other miscellaneous items. He has admitted, via text message, to having these items and promised to return them. It has been almost a year now and has not returned them and is not responding to my text messages. Taking and keeping what is not yours I believe is stealing. In my opinion Gail is a thief. FRAUD: I paid him close to $900 as part of the contract to insure my 4 cars, one a classic, and all of my personal belongings and furniture. During the move one of my cars had paint damage and other items were broken or damaged. I requested an insurance claim form for the damages. His response was that he failed to pay the insurance premium and now he has no insurance. So, what happened to my $900 insurance payment to him? In my opinion this is fraud. LIAR: He promised to send me an insurance claim form which he has not done so to date and now we know why not. He frequently promises you one thing and fails to fulfill what he has promised. In my opinion Gail is a liar. For more detailed information you may want to review my complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau of Salt Lake City, Utah. Complaint dated, 6/7/ 2023

They will nickel & dime you, they have two prices there price online and walk in. It's up to you to know to give the online price then it depends what floor. A 5x5 $39 or $47. Then they don't tell you until last that there is security fee of $10 then you have to pay for there lock $15. They don't prorate months so whatever day you start is when it's due. They act like its all a favor so you will reciprocate. But it's all a sales tactic. I drove down the street to Bella Vista storage within 5 mins I had a bigger and cheaper locker they prorated the month I was able to use my own lock. There prices are clearly marked. They don't hide it on there clip board. 5x10 $30.

Majesty movers was timely and the crew were hard workers but a few things were broken- first my Curio cabinet glass panel which I was told I could go to a glass store and get replaced (on my dime) Carlos- part owner (?) did promise to take care of our designer lights in which one of the globes broke. There are 2 lamps with 3 frosted globes each - one broke that Carlos said he'd get fixed, but he took all 6 globes so I can't use either lamp. They were expensive and no longer available so I'm screwed. Why did he take all of them?? I've tried to contact Alyson (owner?) a number of times and she said she'd have Carlos contact me, which he hasn't and now Alyson ignores my calls as well. What a shame - they could have gotten a great rating but I'd certainly not recommend to anyone now.

Love the digital access feature! Only thing I would recommend is having the company put a ramp by the access door for ease of getting to the parking lot with the cart.
