I have packaged, sent packages and gone there for copies of my documents several times and every time the people who work at Goin' Postal were courteous and professional and really knew what they were doing. The fees they charged for copies are the lowest in Iron County. I felt well treated and served well at Going Postal . When the need arises again I will go to Going Postal rather than anywhere else. I had a great experience at Goin' Postal. I got my passport photo and all the forms from them, they were super helpful explaining all I had to include, they gave me an envelope too, I would have mailed it there but forgot my check. Also got a document printed and notarized for 5$. Great staff, knowledgeable, helpful and super nice. Was glad I could get all my stuff one in one stop. I also learned that they can do big prints here too, so will be using them for them printing needs. read more

Worst place ever!!! The 2 gentleman were friendly but Fedex sent me to this place that's supposed to be an authorized Fedex location but in the year 2025 their computer doesn't scan the QR code, then they had me email the photo of the label and that didn't work so I got frustrated and left!!! If you are NOT a Fedex location take it off your sign or update your computer system!!! One guy said go down to St. George, that totally defeats the purpose of being an authorized Fedex location. Oh year and also in the year 2025, they don't accept credit cards less than $1, I own a business way smaller and we take debit cards for less than $1. read more

I previously rated this, but really feel like this needs updating. I have had not the best experience here on multiple occasions, but at this point I would advise people from using this business. This last time I went in was awful. The guy at the front seemed lost while training someone. They seem to somehow always be out of the free boxes, and when you ask about sizes they immediately try to sell you theirs without disclosing costs. Since they didn't have free boxes, I had no other choice but to purchase theirs. They also overcharge for packing materials. This is what I really didn't appreciate. I was shipping 2 items, one needed bubble wrap. It was a small item so I figured I could use the rest of the sheet I paid for on the second item. The guy ended up packing my smaller item and I am actually concerned it if will get there safely. I asked him if we could do a different size and he just stared at me blankly and was like, it should be fine. Then I should've had extra wrapping material for the second item (it didn't need much). So he suggested they just use paper since it didn't really need it. I told him that too and he said they're not allowed to send anything out if there is movement whatsoever. Someone is lying because I have done this on many occasions. He then fills the box with paper and charges me. I told him I wouldn't have used their paper, and just my own had they had told me that costs almost $3. More than if I would've even just purchased bubble wrap. They had just handed it off to USPS so he was like 'oh well'. So for just 1 box, and shipping supplies it costs almost $6. The guy didn't tell me that until after. read more

Really ! Their job is simple. Take a FedEx package in, weigh it, measure it, determine the destination postal code and ship it. Paid almost $100 for an overnight priority delivery. Could this employee do her job right? NO! Re-used an box from another deliver. Goin Postal employee did NOT check the box for a pre-printed symbol that the FedEx DRIVER knew meant ground delivery only. So the package was not sent - some 4 hours later from the time I paid for it to be priority overnighted - and has to be returned to this Goin Postal store for someone to do the job RIGHT and then send it back out to be delivered 2 days later. Skip this store if you need PRIORITY OVERNIGHT. Poor management training is a direct reflection on quality of service. Money goes back on my card or I'll dispute the entire amount with my credit card company. Failure to succeed at your job is not punishable to the customer's bank account. read more

TERRIBLE - I would give this company a minus 5 - I tried to deal directly with the company as the overnight package I shipped was delayed and I was due a refund. When I went back, staff did not honor the guarantee, the owner would not respond to repeated attempts by me AND the BBB to resolve the concern. Unethical, unprofessional and disappointing. read more

I love this business. Although there have been times that I have had to wait for service, I have never had a problem with the service that I have gotten. If I need help with packaging, they are ready to package the items for me. Even at Christmas time, I have found them pleasant to deal with. read more
