One of their drivers allowed a random person sign for my package and it got stolen. This is not the first time I have had to deal with stolen packages and other people signing for my package with UPS. Honestly I don't recommend because they won't check to see if the person signing for the package is the package owner read more

Been here a few times now, always a line. But they get through it quickly and always a smile in their face. I had an Amazon package to return, I was told not to bring the original box in by Amazon, so I threw it away. When I got to ups they said the item was too big and it needed a box. Being my last day to return, they quickly offered an alternate solution, buy a box, it cost $3, problem solved. Tip of the day: if box is long or odd shaped, keep the box, ignore Amazon's instructions. read more

I do all of my printing for my business here and everyone there is very helpful. We also ship a lot of products since we are in e-commerce Brand and these guys make it simple and easy. UPS doesn't always have the best rates but their service usually makes up for it. I also really like that I can drop off packages for both UPS and the Postal Service there. received a package that was packaged by the employee at the cost of $50. The picture frame was BROKEN and UPS Customer Service and their employees have been extremely unhelpful and lacking in a resolution of this matter. My daughter paid the insurance to cover the item and also for them to professionally package the item and now they wont honor the replacement or even try to resolve the issue. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND nor will I use their services again. The item was sent as a Birthday gift March 8, 2015 as of today April 10,2015 still no response as to them honoring the insurance that was purchased. read more

So my aunt came here to overnight something to me that I really needed that day but overnighting was the best we could do. She had other places she could go to overnight it but tried them first. She specifically asked the woman behind the counter if it would truly get there, that it needed to be there the next day. It was an emergency. The woman said yes it would get there and says it would be a morning delivery. So $50 later and handing it over to her, it was gone. Next day it says it arrived at the facility near me in the night. But as the day goes on, it never changes to out for delivery. By 2pm I become nervous. So my aunt calls here and actually gets the same girl who helped her the previous day. She asks her why it's not to me yet and why it doesn't even look like it's out for delivery? The UPS employee replies that there was a chance that facility is closed today. Are you freaking kidding me?? What part of are you sure this will make it tomorrow, it has to be there do you not understand?? My aunt explains to her everything she said to her yesterday and that is why she asked everything she asked and all the employee has to say is I'm sorry. Really? Are you just being greedy for our money?? Just making sure we don't go to fed ex instead? It's just easier to lie? So she absolutely lied to my aunts face with her questions of a guarantee that this would make it to me next day. But now they have it and I will get it when they please I guess. Never freaking again UPS, you are the absolute worst. Worst service, dishonest employees and suck at delivering on your word. I will spread my story and send everyone to fed ex. I won't use you for a last resort either. Won't even take my chances. read more
