Return to New Mexico is now after a week and a half in Anchorage Alaska. Great company reported that nowadays no matter who they use this happens and they have satisfactory taken care of me. I know better than to go back to UPS, because nothing is their fault ever and they would just be put out and mean. If something else I need to return will not go to Corporate affiliate but my nice individual owned mail outlet. *HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT* The owner of this location owns two stores. Their Sunset store location lost a valuable package. One I insured. The value exceeds $2000. Trying to get assistance or answers of any kind from this store is like pulling teeth. To this day, I still don't know what the status of my claim is. Oh, and I was told "We really aren't UPS, we are just a private store." The worst management ever. I will never again use either store. I am going on a month and still, no one courtesy call from anyone. They don't answer their phones. Good luck getting a call back if you have an issue. read more

UPDATE: Unfortunately the lines have gotten so long and employees are nowhere to be found a lot of the time. I waited in line for 15 minutes with 5 people ahead of me & I had to just end up leaving, as it figured it would probably be about 45 minutes before I was helped. I think it would help if the employees were more efficient and there were more of them. I always love coming here because the staff is always so friendly! I always come in with Amazon returns. It's super convenient. Sometimes the lines can be quite long, and they don't seem to be in any rush. I don't mind though, i just have to plan ahead and be prepared to possibly wait in line for 20 minutes. read more

I went to the UPS store in Santa Clara UT to make a shipping label to email to a friend to mail some keys to me. The staff was completely unhelpful telling me that the lane needed to be made online. I told her I had tried to make the label online but was having trouble. she said "this is a UPS franchise. we have no relationship with online UPS. I have tried several times to call the owner in response to the request. No one EVER picks up the call. Original complaint: In addition to others negative reviews, they have not been delivering our mail and delay sending us emails as much as 3 days for receipt of packages. So incompetent at providing a service which is paid for at high expense. They also keep losing a standing printing order and do not reply to orders placed via email. Filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Take your PO box business elsewhere, do not recommend for mail service and copying services. read more

This is a great UPS store. We just moved and our last one got the job done but the staff was always moping around and acted like they didn't want to be there. This staff is the total opposite. We were just visiting when I bought a large painting. No way to take it back on the plane, we had it shipped. The little guy behind the counter was so sweet! He explained to us that it would take a day or two to get it packed up correctly. Kept me updated every day on the progress. Really appreciated it. Received my painting with no damage at all. DO NOT GO HERE! I had a terrible experience! I paid $108.00 for overnight delivery, the package went out for delivery 5 days later. I went into the store and spoke to Mark (manager/owner) to figure out what went wrong, he promised to look into it and call me back, that never happened! I left several messages over the next 10 days, he never returned my calls! When I finally got him on the phone he out and out lied to me. I finally resolved the issue with the corporate office and found out Mark didn't even open the case. DO NOT TRUST HIM! read more

Get your printing done here! We had a fairly large order which included binding and they are much cheaper than anywhere else in town. Yes, the lines are long. It seems everywhere in town is understaffed right now. Once we found the employee in charge of printing, everything went very smoothly and our order was completed quickly. She did such a great job for us! read more

Don't even THINK of getting a box here. This UPS store has screwed up so many times that a few hundred words would be inadequate to just list them all. If you can think of a way that something can be done wrong, they've done it - at least once. This review relates to renting a box, not just sending a package. They've failed to respond to phone messages; failed to respond to emails (both endless times); failed to forward mail when asked; claimed they forwarded mail when they didn't and it's still sitting there; changed the terms of the contract/agreement several times, always to a box-holder's detriment; forwarded mail to the wrong state (summer vs. winter address), and so on. Every few months to a year a new employee appears who was hired to "fix things" but lasts only so long and things aren't fixed. The boss once yelled "You're an idiot" to an employee in front of customers, me among them, which suggests why morale seems to be bad. We stayed with them for several years after we wanted to quit because changing address is so much trouble, but eventually we had to. Avoid this place at all costs and don't even think of getting a box here! read more

Your package will not be scanned by UPS until it reaches Salt Lake City 300 miles away. This store lost and/or mislabeled my package and UPS will not honor the loss claim, nor will the franchisee and CEO Mark Coleman (MarJan2 Investments, Inc). In fact, in small claims court he claimed that not only was his store not responsible for ensuring the secure shipping of packages, but also that he was not even obligated to refund my shipping charges or the declared value of the contents. I checked with The UPS Store franchise office, and this is indeed true! What a scam to display the UPS logo. Better to set up an online account directly with UPS, pay your shipping charges online, label your package at home, and request a UPS pick up [1-800-PICKUPS]; the driver will scan at your door and there is no additional charge for this service. read more
