I asked Zack when I could hear back from them; he told me to call back on a Tuesday. Neither Andrea nor Zack was available. Again, I tried two days later and was told to look for an email from Andrea. Another couple of days passed with no email, so I called today, being the 14th of August. Immediately, I received an email stating that it's not a good fit when I'm more than qualified; meanwhile, they are hiring it out when they could be saving money with an in-house welder such as me. You would think I would learn and get them done somewhere else but every year I go back and clearly explain what I need hoping by some miracle that they would get it right. This year they messed up twice and I ended up just taking them how they were because I can't wait any longer for them to be re printed. All I asked for were parking passes that stick on the inside of the windshield. They printed them completely back words I'm not sure why they can't grasp the concept. I will not be going back. I know my order is a small and simple order compared to some of the things they make but you still need to do things correctly.
