The product was superior to the competition, but had a small following outside of our regional network. What I found most helpful, reassuring and productive was having constant access to speak with Mike on the phone whenever I needed to. Sometimes we would talk for close to 2 hours, spitballing ideas back and forth. I could tell that he and the rest of his team were not only very professional but also very intelligent. As I saw my stats go through the roof, getting ranked #1 on Google for the most prime keywords in my market and the demand for my product soar, I knew that my decision to work with these guys was the right thing to do. One of the other bonuses to working Nouveau was that their skills were always evolving to offer me more bang for my buck. These guys know how to follow through with an idea and make it a tangible success. Their team has grown to include a staff of equally talented and enlightened digital artists. They are more than code monkeys. They have vision and drive to do the job right, over produce results and always make sure I am happy with what I am getting from them. Since working with them years ago I have started a new company in an emerging online market and they were the first company I called when it came time to grow my online marketing and web design. What they offered was light years ahead of where they were before, which I didn't thing was possible. These guys don't peak. They have been helping build my next online empire and with the same cost-effective rates and superior service they had from day one. They CARE. That's right, it's not just cashing checks with these guys. They all want the best for my company and will CALL ME when they have a good idea they think might help. Try finding that somewhere else. Hats off to Mike, Jared, Ian and the rest of the team.

There is no way any client they have has been more work than me and they have never failed me. Not once. Did I mention I LOVE them? I have had several hosting and website "solutions" in the past. At our request we had a conference call so we could all be on the same page, since we were paying for a customized version of the template. We contracted a graphic designer to create several page mock-ups to help the website company understand what we wanted. They agreed everything was within the scope of the project and their abilities. We included a "time is of the essence" clause in the contract with a website delivery date that all parties agreed upon. Long story short, the website did not go live until three weeks after the due date. We went through many rounds of changes. Most of our feedback was "see mock-up". Other feedback included fixing sloppy work. The company provided no added value and seemed only able/willing to follow directions, which had to be repeated. The people we worked with were friendly enough. However, towards the end of the project, emails and feedback via their project portal either went unanswered or had a very delayed responses. We have since had to hire a website professional to fix errors. We would not hire Realty Candy again.

My first engagement with Zeek Interactive was through the blogging community platform of Active…read moreRain in 2007. The real estate industry was smack dab in the middle of a humongous shake up that was turning every norm many of us had ever known upside down. And a big part of this seismic shift was occurring because of the impact of new technologies and social media. The Active Rain platform allowed a unique virtual meeting hub to grow where knowledge was shared beyond the traditional boundaries framed through physical location. Jeff Turner, one of the founders of Zeek Interactive developed a highly engaged and receptive audience on the network because of his knowledge and ability to communicate complex ideas in a way that helped people to understand and also rethink some of their out dated assumptions. I always learn something when I interact with Jeff.. Over the years, he & his wife Rocky whom I had the pleasure of meeting recently have developed a friendship based on interests beyond the realm of real estate technology. My real estate association, the Grand Rapids Association of REALTORS has had Jeff Turner speak on more than one occasion about social media, community and social values. His delivery and insights have been timely and advanced our understanding of what real estate professionals need to appreciate about the dynamic changes which are transforming our world. Highly recommended as a conference or retreat speaker. You will be challenged and inspired!

A lot of companies talk about giving back, about business integrity, about apple pie and old glory - and often it's just blah blah. These guys are different. They walk the walk every single day. And in case this is sounding too glowing, know that in the business world the relationship between my company and Zeek would be defined by many as "competitors" because we both provide similar services to the same marketplace. But in reality Zeek is more like a community teacher, constantly qualifying for teacher of the year, and this is what makes them such a cool company. I first met the principals at Zeek last year, while attending my first OC WordPress Group meetup. In the meetup were 60 or so WordPress geeks from all over SoCal, crowded into a small room after work - many sitting cross-legged on the floor - sharing insider technical development and design know how and lots of humor. The WordPress culture and community sharing that Zeek has nurtured here in SoCal not only benefits the tech geeks that participate but benefits customers throughout the Southland whose businesses rely on tech savvy web talent to keep them competitive.

I was amazed and paid him money for a website the results was fast less than two days but it was so fast I was really unhappy with the results. Cisco took my money and promised he would help any problems in the long run which was a false. Once this company has your money they will not help you with anything else in the long run. I paid for a one year website and only used 7 months of it. My domain name for some reason dosent exsist anymore in goggle and my customers can't purchase my product. This company and cisco are very unprofessional, I highly suggest anyone not to do business with them. If you need a website do it on your own and you can save money.
